Sep 17,2023After spending hours researching prices for our family holiday to Florida I had a good idea of what it would cost and thought I would be able to get it all a lot cheaper organising everything myself. When I contacted Ocean Florida for a quote it was really just to reassure myself that DIY was the way to go. However, I can honestly say I am very impressed with my total quotation. Not only the price but also that I have a tailored package specific to our family and everything is booked through one portal with nothing for me to do. Flights, accommodation, car hire and parks all booked and ready for our arrival. Now we’re all just counting the days until we fly.

Sep 13,2023The house was not checked for safety before our arrival toilets not working and sockets off wall not acceptable. I don't go on holiday to list all the faults your team should cure. Last complaint 2nd home was 20 meters from a 6 lane highway the noise at night awful you should have told the Customer. There were lots of good and lovely parts to our holiday too so marked 3 star.

Sep 12,2023I booked with Ocean Florida a couple of Months ago, the intial agent was really helpful in helping me plan my holiday. I live in a remote area so she really thought about finding the best airport to fly from, how i would get there and good times for my kids and traveling to the airport (i know these might change, but that is the airlines/ airports so can't be helped). I had never thought about split hotels and the information and help was briliant. Over the next few months, our holiday needs changed and we wanted to include a Universal Premium hotel, I called and again had so much help and advice. Again, our holiday requirements changed and I spoke to Charlotte who was so helpful and went above and beyond. She was fantastic and helped me put the finishing touches to our holiday to make it bespoke and special. Some people may have been a bit frustrated at having to keep changing things, but Charlotte really listened to what i was saying, listened to what i wanted and helped me achieve more than i could have hoped for. She really was a shining star. I had thought about trying to organise the holiday myself, but having someone on the end of the phone has been fantastic. I know i wouldn't have been able to do this myself. Nothing was to much trouble, the customer service was top class and the response times perfect. I couldn't fault the service I have had up to now.

Sep 12,2023Due to a sudden illness where lead person was hospitalised we went through our travel agent who rang them to see if we could reschedule.We were willing to pay any admin cost etc.....Their response as they had printed the tickets e tickets by the way.Not able to move holiday. The poor travel agent had to ring the lead person who is extremely ill to cancel in writing...Still waiting for their cancellation e mail to start insurance process.Quick to take your money i mignt add

Sep 09,2023An absolute hassle free experience with various options being offered to suit my budget and explanations / tips on ways to make the most of your budget - Great communications and a nice touch of some free excursions / bonuses thrown in - Florida 2024 holiday sorted within 24 hours and now I’ve got the best part of 12 months to enjoy the build up - been to Florida before and will now definitely be using this company again the future. Sep 07,2023Unfortunately I cannot give more than 2 stars, some aspects were fine and deserve 5 stars but others were such an impact and deserve 1 star so I have gone middle of the park. I am 1 of 10 people who were in my party. We booked the full package with Ocean Florida and from booking to arriving went swimmingly. The main issue was that Ocean switched our Villa 3 weeks before we was due to fly without any explanation. We was sent this a link to this Villa from an Estate Agents website where it had been sold earlier in the year which was rather odd. Upon further investigation when we searched Ocean Florida's website this Villa was not even offered on there. When we arrived the AC was off, we went over to the Thermostat which was a Nest Smart-thermostat and it was locked. We could not lower the AC from the 87f it was sitting at and as it was 10pm we could not get hold of anyone to help us with this. We all slept in 87f heat all night including 2 children under 5 and 1 adult with Parkinson's. To say we was uncomfortable is an understatement. After complaining the next morning we was told the AC would be turned on. It was indeed turned on, albeit remotely by the owner, who set the AC at 78f and would not let us have any control over this. What made it worse was that the AC was not strong enough to cool down rooms furthest away from the AC system which was in the Garage so rooms which were on the opposite side of the Villa which had sun light pounding the walls all day had no AC coming out of the Vents so for the 2 weeks we were left in a Villa that had AC set to 75f at the lowest after 1 week of complaining and the rooms of a night were 85f. This had a huge impact on our holiday as we were all uncomfortable and could barely sleep of a night, we then did not want to get up early to go out to the Disney Parks due to the heat wave, we had up to 101f temps in August. The manager Simon did come to the villa, he said the AC was working fine and that they would not allow us to lower the AC below the set 75f because it would break the system which is absolute rubbish, we as a family have been to Florida 12 times over the last 17 years and have never had this issue. Appalling customer service and accommodation. Other issues: The pool went cloudy over 4 days, so cloudy in fact that we did not want our children to play in there. Cockroaches found in the bathroom.

Sep 07,2023Fantastic holiday organised by ocean florida . Everything went smoothly like clockwork. Flights and car hire and executive plus villa was excellent . Booked 3 years before going in sept 2020. Gave me plenty of time to save up. Price was locked in. Every question I had was answered promptly. Villa was clean and huge, about 20 to 30 mins from the theme parks. Can't honestly fault anything. It was a holiday of a lifetime for me and my wife and 16 year old son . Absolutely amazing . Highly recommend ocean florida.
