Oct 03,2023The customer service from the start of booking with ocean was world class. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The holiday and accommodation was fabulous. The only glitch was the transfer company used by them was not waiting at arrivals for us as stated in the voucher we had. They was outside but we didn’t know, that was a little stressful BUT in no way hampered our experience and holiday with ocean. I would definitely recommend them and I will book with them again next year.

Oct 01,2023Second holiday booked through Ocean Florida and would most definately book through them again. When booking holiday we were given plenty of choice with no pressure from OF team. Very competitive price. Party of 15 just got back from 3 week villa holiday at Champions Gate in Davenport. Lovely villa although a little tired looking. Some issues with villa which were rectified promptly and professionally by OF team. I would definately recommend this company.

Sep 27,2023just a warning to anyone that uses this company, my Daughter put a deposit on holiday back in 2022, but nearer to the final payment we had a family illness that actually led to a bereavement. We rang and explained the situation and asked for a weeks grace so we could decide what to do, whether to cancel or not, but as it turned out we had no choice but to cancel. After doing this we were then informed that we HAD to pay the FULL balance of the holiday that we could no longer take.This led to a debt collector agency, and then, within only 6 months we have now had The Sheriffs come to collect goods to the value of the holiday!! Customer service and goodwill are NON-EXISTENT with this company. We already lost a deposit of over £2,000, which they got to keep " for free" as it were, and you can't tell me the Florida Villa did not get another booking! Losing a deposit is a risk we knowingly took, and in my mind, that should suffice for the cancellation of a holiday that they are pretty much guaranteed to resell, they did not lose out, they gained. Utter Greed from this company, and no compassion for their customers.

He took a lot of time to really listen to what we wanted and needed on our trip, especially due to us travelling with an older passenger and needing specific requirements with the sleeping arrangements. He was very patient on the day of booking and discussed the everything through clearly, listened to any concerns we had and addressed them appropriately and in a comforting way. Would definitely book through Darren again in the future! Thanks again Darren! :)

Nikki Russell was nothing short of superb in helping us to upgrade flights and car hire to accommodate a disabled passenger whilst also sorting out some other attraction related items. The support provided was nothing short of 1st class. My sincere thanks to Nikki for helping us to get everything sorted - can't wait for the holiday now!
