Easy to reach via phone or email. Would 100% use this company again, i saved nearly £1k by not using the mainstream travel agents.

Sep 10,2024Two years ago I was got in touch with ocean Florida as I was really unsure on how to approach it. They was really friendly, helpful and most importantly not too pushy. Explained all the options and how you can get the best from your holiday with what you require. I dealt with a few staff over the year and all so helpful and give you time of the day to explain. I’ve just come back and it was the holiday of a lifetime, I’m so glad I used them and will defiantly use again. Even checked in when we was away and helped with a few questions, couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ocean Florida has been more than helpful during these last 16 months and has kept us upto date with changes to our holiday. Your staff member Isabelle Pickard was the most patience, knowledgable and courteous person that we have ever dealt with. Everyone I spoke to were extremely helpful, sorting flights, villa, car hire and special assistance so we could have just the best holiday. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Sep 05,2024Booked our florida holiday about 18 months out. Booked with guy called Matt Fidge. Called him half a dozen times over the course of a couple of hours to ask questions and probably drove him nuts. Everything went smoothly, anytime we called the staff were very helpful and friendly. Any updates we needed were emailed to us immediately and uploaded onto the site for us to download. Great experience from start to finish. Can't recommend enough. Will definitely use Ocean Florida again.

Sep 04,2024Recently returned from 17 nights in Florida booked through Ocean Florida and to say that nothing could have been easier is an understatement. From the point of booking with Darren we were kept fully updated on where we were and what was required next. I have booked previously with other companies selling Florida holidays I can honestly say that all the information offered, advice given and the fact that Darren listened to what WE wanted and made the booking meet our requirements and indeed exceed our expectations. Great company with staff that listen and then deliver!

Sep 03,2024Neil was excellent Dealt with Neil from first quote to booking. Couldn’t have asked for more. It felt like a more personal experience. Neil asked all the questions on what we needed and built a quote around that, a quote that we were very happy with. Florida isn’t a holiday you book every year, so not sure if and when we’d ever be able to do this again, so having someone who listened and provided us with excactly what we asked for is priceless. So if we are ever in a position again to do this, there is only one place I’d go to.

They take away all the stress and hassle of getting to the USA and all the agents have a really detailed knowledge of the areas we stayed. Any questions we had were responded to normally in the same day. Even when we had issues while away the t am in the UK we’re on hand to help us out.
