From the initial call with Jay to plan our trip right up to a confirmation call with Sinem a couple of weeks before our departure Ocean Holidays helped us to plan our first Disney dream trip without feeling overwhelmed. Although suggestions were made about additional elements to add to our trip we never felt pressured or like we were being sold something we didn't need. I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you for helping us. 😊

Nov 06,2024We booked a holiday through Ocean Florida to Disneyland, but unfortunately due to hurricane Milton our flight was cancelled on the evening prior to our planned departure. Our party size of 10 were obviously devastated by this news and as the lead on the booking I found myself in a very stressful situation as I faced trying to sort things for everyone. The holiday was booked with immediate family to celebrate my parents golden wedding anniversary and everyone was super excited. This is where Nikki Russell, a Customer Retention Manager at Ocean Florida went above and beyond to support me and my family. She was so empathetic to our situation and worked late to get us reprotected on the next available flight. Her concern for our family was so evident and she was an absolute star and demonstrated beyond a shadow of doubt that she is a very valuable asset to Ocean Florida! She demonstrated the company values perfectly and her commitment to us, as Ocean Florida customers just needed to be recognised and acknowledged through our review. We cannot thank her enough and despite our delay we had a wonderful holiday and made some lovely special family memories. Thanks again Nikki.

Nov 05,2024I contacted Ocean Florida having been recommended by a friend, we had planned to go to Florida during COVID which obviously didn’t happen, so we waited for things to return to normal and with help from Ocean Florida we decided to go to New York! I explained what we wanted, the people we spoke to were always very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a few queries leading up to traveling which were responded to quickly. I will book with Ocean Florida again. New York was amazing, we will be going back!

The customer service has been excellent, both times I booked with Darren and I had large parties so lots of back and forth, but he called when he said he would he waited for me to be ready to book but did not pressure me at anytime. Everything explained in detail and understandable.

Oct 28,2024Ocean Holidays - OFL20025505 Beware if offered a credit note in lieu of an unforeseen cancellation. My family dream holiday was cancelled due to Covid19 I was a offered a credit note (value of which was more than my deposit- so it seemed a good deal). Being made redundant during Covid19 meant I could not afford to use the credit note. Ocean Florida said the credit note would not expire & extended the credit note to be used by 2024. When I rang earlier this year saying I could not use their note this year and as I had been told they do not expire can they extend again - their abrupt response was no it has expired. Apparently they are happy with their new position that the credit note has now expired despite never warning me it would expire. Shocking I should have simply taken my deposit back - I have lost total confidence in the trustworthiness of this company.

If I had any issues pre travelling I rang, spoke to a human and my concerns were dealt with straight away and confirmation sent. Would definitely use again and recommend

Oct 17,2024Booked for the first time through Oceans Florida We stayed in the Windsor Hills complex on Disney's doorstep We had a 3 bed villa with private pool and hot tub the villa was spotless with a playroom with pool table air hockey video game machine so our son loved it. We had everything we could possibly need ( all the kitchen and cleaning stuff you have at home was in the villa). Oceans Florida have been absolutely amazing from Booking to coming Home we were there through Hurricane Milton and they kept in touch every couple of days days to check we were all ok. This is a very professional and friendly company all the staff are helpful polite and friendly we genuinely couldn't of asked for more ( we also purchased all the park tickets through them which saved a few pounds) Thank you for making our Holiday a dream Holiday and we are already planning the next one. Thank you to all the staff that helped from start to finish Well Done.

Make my life so easy when I want to book, I just contact, say what I want and he sorts it all out, he also provides me with guidance on the location and sends me extra information. 5 stars. I could not ask for more. Always a pleasure to talk to and nothing is too much for him. He's an asset to O/florida.
