Transfer home to airport was spot on again. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves and we did. Well organised and administered by ocean holidays. No stress.

The staff have been amazing especially Isabelle, nothing has been too much trouble and we are now booked for early 2026. If you are looking for a holiday to Florida you can't go wrong with Ocean Florida.

From the very first moment of booking, my hand was metaphorically held through the entire process, working to my budget, my timeline and my requirements. Every question I had from booking to arrival on resort, was always answered efficiently and genuinely. I had issues on resort and Nikki, the customer service manager was absolutely outstanding, acting above and beyond to find me a resolution which I was extremely happy with. I will definitely be using Ocean Florida again when I am booking for 2026.

From the first call to discuss our options all staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, each time they went above and beyond to make our experience the best. We had the most amazing 2 weeks, the flights were straightforward and the villa was perfect! It was all very straightforward, we were always kept up to date and the option to pay in installments was ideal. Also included in the package was added extras from the company like children eat free card which saved money We had an issue in resort we let ocean aware and they dealt with it straight away This company is amazing great price brilliant holiday tailor made for us but not at a high cost
