Decent delivery: I've ordered products on Saturday, got confirmation that items were sent on Monday and I received products on Wednesday. I've got Magni Beard Oil and Heimdall Beard Balm. The Oil got amazing smell that stays for long and its great at softening the beard. The Balm has a little bit weaker smell but it does its job well. Overall great experience :)
I've been buying beard oils from Odins Beardcare since summer 2020 and have found them to be a high quality product. There is a great selection of aromas to choose from and now the delivery is only a couple of days, it's very convienient too. The company had some supply & demand issues early 2024 but they're now past that and offer a great service. I highly recommend the oils they sell.
Amazing products and order was fulfilled on time. The butters and oils are up there with the best, the fig and whiskey beard soap is absolutely amazing. Will be ordering plenty more.
Ordered and arrived within 2-3 days, products are in my opinion, the best out there and I’ve tried a lot. Soaps are fantastic quality, long lasting and smell amazing, balms and oil again smell great, not too greasy and keep my beard in shape all day. Used these guys since they started on Etsy as the products are first class and always have been, seen them grow and have struggles with the service but good to see its back up there again. Great job Darren.
Ordered some oils and balms. Great smell and great product. Received some cool extras on their current offer. Delivery took 2 days, very fast, very easy! Would deffo recommend to all to try.
Good products that smell great, don’t feel heavy to wear and make my beard feel soft. Good range of products for beard care, highly recommend the beard butters! Some recent technical issues meant my order was incomplete and delayed but I received good communication and my order was fulfilled with tracking information provided.
Twice i've ordered and twice i've had a speedy delivery and gotten all the products thats i've ordered. Everything smells amazing and makes my beard feel even better
He’s always had logistics issues, and in the past a simple order would take 3-4 weeks quite often. Quality was relatively good so I remained a loyal customer. I ordered at the end of 01/24. Sent multiple emails with no reply. Now 6-7 months later me and other customers whose orders had not been fulfilled are given a code to use (with a 1 week expiry).

Looks like I’m not the only one to be left without any products delivered and being ignored when trying to contact them about it. I used this company years ago and had delivery issues back then and thought it would be better now but it’s not. Wouldn’t waste your time or money.
Order #12876 Hi I don't know what to say. Placed many orders over the years and was good until my last order I placed on the 25th February 2024. I did not receive my order and no communication for a few months. I then sent messages and finally got a reply and was promised I would receive and he was waiting on ingredients. He assured me that I would receive my order. More weeks went past and still no order. I contacted again and it was another reason as to why my order was not sent. He then promised he would sort this 100% Now it's been over a week since the last communication and now not replying to my messages. It's been over 3 months since I placed my order. I really do hope he will send my order as I like the products and if the service gets better then I would like to still place orders. I'm going to wait another week before I start process of getting my money back. I hope to receive my order 🤞🏻 I have now received messages it will be sent next day. That was a week ago. It's beyond belief how I have paid for my products and have not received then I get message saying will sort it and delivery will be next day. Still no delivery. I would like my order and tracking.
So writing another review and as I can see everyone’s saying the same stuff with orders and not receiving anything I’m in the same situation still have no products I’m sure it’s been between 5 to 6 weeks order no #12992 I’m very disappointed with Odinsbeardcare as they have gone down hill and they are goin to be losing a lot of customers if my order doesn’t come by the end of the week I will never use them again and I will make sure to put a very bad name against them
Update; I have now received my order and am really happy with the product. If the review was entirely product based it would be 5 star. I really hope the new distribution system works moving on forwards as Darren's products are worth the money. I ordered from this company last year and had to wait months for the product. My husband loved it though, so despite vowing never to use this company again, and against my better judgement, I put an order in. My order went in on 19th May as I wanted it to come in time for Father's Day this month!! Needless to say, my order still hasn't arrived and my emails are being ignored! Darren is clearly taking on way too many orders for him to deal with. It's greedy and he needs to put a hold on new orders until he can deliver the ones promised!! I'm guessing there's no way my order will be here in time for Father's Day next week so now I'll have to start looking again and chase a refund through the bank. Awful customer service. Do not use this company!
Ordered on the 17th May 2024 with a 3 day shipping promise or money back but it’s the 7th June and still no order received. Chased up by email and asked to cancel order and refund but no response back. Not great experience. Just want my products or money back.
My order hasn’t arrived despite being placed a couple of weeks ago. There has been no response to emails, no update to my order status and no communication of any kind as to where my order is. In the interim though, I’ve received emails telling me how a new business venture means that deliveries are getting much better, alongside nigh on daily emails promising same day dispatch of items on new orders. To top it off, I’ve now been emailed a link asking me to review my order, which hasn’t arrived. The experience couldn’t be worse. Just avoid this company and don’t believe the emails you may have been receiving. I will be contacting my bank to raise a claim and get my money back, given that the company does not respond to emails. As bad as it gets.

Ordered on 17th May and paid extra for first class delivery but the order has still not been shipped. I have emailed 3 times, they have responded once saying this would be shipped on the 1st June but it hasn’t. They are now offering free shipping on order which I paid extra for, they are also offering same day shipping which I did not receive. They are posting on social media of orders being packaged and sent the same day yet my order from 3 weeks ago still have not been shipped. If I have no reply this week I will have talk to my bank regarding a chargeback as I’m not sure I will ever receive my order. Used previously and was great but there is no way I could recommend this company. Avoid.
I ordered oils and balms back in March owner was ill apparently. Gave leeway and understanding. Been in contact half a dozen times. Lost time and money and still had no products. Products are pretty good when you get them, but after many emails and texts I have neither reply, any products or money back.
