Jun 04,2024Fui a la tienda de los boliches llevo con Olin más de un año pagando la misma cuota y sin problema ninguno , la atención al cliente es muy buena y además recientemente pasé por la tienda y me regalaron unas palas de playa así que genial , totalmente recomendable no juzguéis sin conocer aveces las empresas low cost no son todas iguales.

Jun 01,2024Interesting study case for future ISPs... inexperienced group of grifters take over a very successful and popular ISP with a full customer base and all the opportunity you could ask for. They then proceed to run the business into the ground by maintaining a policy of radio silence when their entire infrastructure fails. It's been almost a week now. When you do manage to talk to someone about it, they have this strange habit of simply lying to you. You can see from the reply to this review that they don't know which way is up. No connection for 6 days and they're acting like it's news to them.

Jun 01,2024I have been a Customer of Olivenet/Olin for years. When I started it was horroble with no answers and long waiting time to set the wifi up. After 2 years I needed a break from the subscription was ok. To move get it up again on a new address was also pretty quick. After a year I moved again and now It's horrible again. They promised that it would only take about 3 days after the contract was send to them. It's 16 days now! And still they can't give me any answers....not even if it takes days, weeks or months! As soon as....what day/month is that? Here is the last reply from today "Unfortunately, we still don't have any news, we are going to contact our assembly department again. As soon as we have news we will let you know right away."

May 31,20241 Star is being too generous with this horrid company Customer service: Zero/10 Service : Zero/10 Fiber Optic: - (minus) Zero/10 Technicality: Zero/10 Coverage: Zero/10 Olin is a great choice if you wanna recommend it to your worst enemy or that one annoying neighbor everyone hates, just recommend it and watch them lose their mind dealing with Olin constant issues with zero customer service and fixing that takes them days.

May 30,2024***DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY*** I have no internet for 6 days. Telling me a broken cable 5 days ago and would be fixed soon. Today telling me they had to dig a hole to fix the cable and are doing their best. This is the 3rd time this year more than 3 day's without internet and it's always a broken cable. Look at all the reviews. Have you ever seen such terrible feedback... Since Olin took over from Olivenet it's gone from ok to awful service.
