Estafa total. Cambian condiciones de contrato a su merced activando línea sin consentimiento, sé equivocan en factura, menos mal q me dí cuenta! hay q pasar por el aro y pagar ese importe y creerles en q después harán abono. Todo ésto sin hacer uso del servicio!! Y cuando preguntas por un responsable directamente cortan el chat. Horroroso, me siento estafada totalmente. NO CONTRATEN!!
I have been with Olivenet for over 10 years and have enjoyed excellent service. I also introduced all my clients to Olivenet. When Olin took over we were all asked to sign new contracts for 300 mgs which we all did. The service is an absolute disgrace the system is constantly down. Do they think we are all stupid and don`t know how to do speed tests - we are not getting anywhere near 300 mgs. I even had an engineer come to change a router and told me he was looking for another job. I have been to their offices in San Pedro 3 times now, they just lie. As you can imagine I have changed and my clients are in the process. Unfortunately there is no other option but 1 star is too much.
Internet down 4 times in a month. 1-2 days downage time each time. Avoid at all cost
Terrible service! It seems to be down every week or so in La Alcaidesa. And when it’s down, it’s down for days at a time. Nobody answers the call when trying to ring, I would not recommend!
No internet for 3 days. Still no news. This company is a scam.
The worse service ever received ! It’s now the third day we do not have internet and no one is answering their phone ! We are changing our internet provider and do not advise anyone to subscribe with Olin !
Yet again the internet is down. 2 days now and cant contact them. Their online assistance doesn't seem to work after 6pm on Friday until 9am Monday. No Internet which I need for work and I work during the weekend. No TV, nothing... Will be changing provider asap. Do not setup an account with them
Over 48 hours without internet, Lied to every single day by support staff. What an absolute joke. If you had told me that the service could go down for days I'd never have believed it. Ridiculous in 2024 that you cannot provide some cabling and networks. Steer well clear of this company if you have a modicum of sense. I wish that I did so much now.
Un desastre. Los fines de semana no trabajan y te dejan sin internet desde el viernes hasta el lunes. Y esto ocurre cada mes. Y encima no te descuentan los 3 días sin servicio. Un timo. Y si llamas nadie te atiende. Cambio de compañía en cuanto pueda
Olin NO LO CONTRATÉIS! 3 días sin internet y sin saber cuando te darán el servicio 25 minutos en llamada para que te atienda y no sepan decirte nada de pena el servicio no lo contratéis

Mejorando. Cambio mi opinion negativa por una mas positiva, ya que lleva casi 2 meses sin fallar, ademas me han hecho un descuento en la factura. Espero que siga asi el servicio.
1 Star is too high. Eversince they took over the excellent OliveNet the service has deteriorated alarmingly. Every day is worse than the previous day. Now, whether of "All" or "HD" programmes freeze all the time. Enjoying TV programmes is impossible. They have cut so many staff.providing customer service is impossible. They shouldn't be allowed to trade. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. In fact, a barge pole could offer a better service!
Absolutely agree with everything above re-Olive Net and Olin. Since taking over my Internet has got worse and worse. I will be leaving them as soon as I can, do not take up any more contracts with this company. Up date 3 days later. I now have NO internet at all. !!
Olin, just avoid, since they took over olivenet the service has gone from good to the pits. To speak to an engineer it takes an age, all they say is we are working on it. I have a fibre optic connection, doing a speed test it ranges from 0 to 150 plus within seconds. But they still keep taking money without providing the service you contracted for. April 2024, Olin service has vastly improved now, in the last 10 to 14 days, no problem.
As with all the current reviews; the Olivenet to Olin transition has been a disaster and as people leave it the service will probably continue to get worse as they cut costs further. Numerous enquiries on Instagram for a better service provider in Spain. The amazing thing is Olin have been silent on social media and offered no defence or explanation! Avoid.
Awful service. Constantly goes down or poor speed that causes buffering. My contract is for 100mb download test states 10mb. Since Olin took over Olivenet the service is awful.
The worst company I have had the displeasure of ever being a customer. Unreliable internet, regularly goes down. Customer Service also terrible, one person tells you one thing and another something totally different. Then they want to charge you money to cancel the contract when their service is not adequate for needs, and even less for persons who work from home and need reliable internet. Suggestion, do not think about contracting with Olin.
Hace ya un tiempo cerraron la oficina de La Manga y desde entonces no hay forma de contactar con ellos. Unos vecinos cortaron la fibra y no pude ni comunicárselo, pasado un tiempo tuve que irme a otra compañía y todavía me siguen pasando recibos y no es posible hablar con ellos. Estoy a punto de denunciarlos.
