Jun 27,2024We are due to travel to Corfu August, but already we have had exceptional customer service from our sales consultant, Francesco Santorsola. Fast response, attention to detail and polite and friendly. Hoping the villa is as good as it looks !

Jun 27,2024We are due to arrive in France in August, but already we have had exceptional customer service from our sales consultant, Constance Manceau. From asking about shade on terraces, where to charge an electric car on the journey and our kind hosts’ offer to use specialist facilities, she has worked diligently to answer our questions. It is a great and efficient service and it helps take away uncertainty. Highly recommend!

Jun 26,2024What made the experience great was the villa was just stunning! The photos on the website just didn’t do it justice it was beyond our expectations! When we arrived we were brown away but how lovely it was and how every little detail to make you truly feel at home had been thought of. If this is what Oliver’s travels villas are all like I will definitely being booking with them again. Thank you to Oliver’s Travels and the villa owners for making our family holiday a wonderful experience and memory.

Jun 21,2024We have rented different houses in UK for our family Christmas reunions for the past three years. Olivers travel have always come up trumps and when there have been any issues they have dealt with them quickly and efficiently. For this Christmas I needed a large house in Europe and thanks to the assistance of Burke Aisling I was able to find exactly what I required. The personalized service was incredible and I intend to recommend her and Oliver’s Travel to my friends and colleagues.

Jun 21,2024The villa was wonderful! It is in the countryside with distant sea views but only 10 mins drive from Ostunia so perfectly located. It is owned by a family rather than a business so it is equipped with everything you need to cook great meals but also things like ice packs and cool bags if you want to take a picnic. The upstairs terrace is amazing, we spent most of our time up there in the day and evenings, great sunsets! One thing, the villa is advertised as Villa Efata but is in fact called Villa Alta Vista which was confusing when we were trying to find the entrance!

Jun 20,2024The setting was wonderful overlooking a lake with otters as was the modern building. However, there were serious problems given the price of the property which markets itself as upmarket and its costs are indeed the higher price end. The washing machine was absent due to repairs and I had to phone to follow that up until we got it back. The towel rail did not work even though we raised it. (it was v damp weather so we needed it)We had no corkscrew, coffee pot, salad bowl or grater.( we ate salad out of a saucepan the first night) and stared at a bottle of wine because we couldn't open it.Leaving a used jar of coffee powder by Olivers travels is not really what we wanted.There were not enough dishwasher tablets left for us and the re-cycling instructions were confused and misleading ( no green bags were provided). Remember tourists will not be familiar with the regs of Northumbia as all places are different. We wanted to use an outside caterer and the link Olivers travels provided was just a co-ordinator based in London. Also a welcome pack which most self catering places provide was absent and would have been a welcome addition given the distance we had all travelled ( two people came from the U.S.). I would seriously recommend that your front of house customer services staff visit other holiday self catering places such as the National Trust to observe how an efficiently run self catering service can operate .

Jun 28,2024Just booked with Evie the wedding planner at Olivers travels, i've not been the easiest bride to please, and i've had an emergency operation during the time also, but Evie stuck with me through all my obstacles , and has worked tirelessly on my behalf, finding options for me and relaying question after question to owners on my behalf. Cant thank or praise her enough on all counts. I do not hesitate to fully recommend Olivers travels and Evie especially 👍. Thank you Evie for your patience, understanding and hard work on my behalf :)
