Booking was easy, payment seem less and reminders and countdowns to holiday appreciated. Excellent villa - exactly as described online. All questions we had up front were very quick and professionally handeled by Olivers Travel, also during our stay the owner was ever so helpful, providing what we asked for. We brought a 2 year old, the house was perfect for her as well. We hope to return next year!

Jul 24,2024We had a wonderful holiday. 15 of us, including 6 children aged 5 to 14. The property is extraordinary, full of history, sometimes a bit quirky! Lots of outdoor space for the kids and a lovely peaceful pool area. The owner, Nathalie, was on hand to provide advice.

Jul 24,2024I am a villa owner rather than an Oliver’s Travels client, but I can attest to the thoughtfulness and competence of the entire team as they work to ensure a good match between client and product, and a wonderful holiday for guests. Ana in particular is always incredibly responsive and efficient, but the behind the scenes communication is always well considered as anyone on the team is advocating for clients or balancing between clients and villa owners. It’s a pleasure to work with them.

Jul 23,2024We dealt with Oliver's travel for the past 6 or 7 years and at no time have we had a request that was not taken seriously and dealt with immediately. Our main interlecutrice was Jenny Parker without whom our work would have been much more complicated. Jenny, I would like to thank you for all your help in the past, for your immediate solutions that on occasion, were to complicated issues, always available and willing to help. All the other staff at "Oliver's Travel", is superbly trained and all have been wonderful, and while my dealing with them was not as intensive as those with Jenny, I would like to thank them all.

We’d definitely recommend using them. They have a fantastic selection of villas and were able to precisely help us getting a large and comfortable villa. We had a fabulous time and the place was perfection itself.

Jul 19,2024Because of a family issue we wanted to cancel a holiday in Spain next year which we had booked well in advance and had paid a large non-refundable deposit. We understood that the deposit was non-refundable but asked Aythami at Olivers if there was anything which could be done. Within 24 hours, Aythami had spoken to the villa owner and secured agreement to repay the entire deposit, for which we were extremely grateful. We have used Olivers for several years and have always found them efficient and helpful, and this episode has re-inforced our high opinion of them. Well done Olivers!

Jul 19,2024The villa was absolutely beautiful. The beach was not 50m from the villa as described. It was a 40minute walk through busy streets, strewn with litter, overflowing bins and decaying animals (cats and rats). The communication from Oliver’s Travels was poor until we chased them by phone on a number of occasions.

Jul 19,2024Good customer service from the point of enquiry (Nicola), thru booking, up to and during the holiday rental. Professional and responsive to problems arising in the villa (Mike). My only comment is that there was a difference between check in/out times published at the start and those confirmed later on which isn't great when you've booked flights accordingly. This was sorted to our satisfaction but shouldn't have arisen.

Jul 19,2024Stunning perched location with fabulous views out to sea . Quirky interior . Beautiful courtyard and gardens . Lovely local staff who were very helpful . I think the description of the villas proximity to the beach was misleading . The winding hairpin bended dirt track with surface rubble off the main road was a challenge to negotiate especially in the event of meeting another car coming in the opposite direction with no passing space . Driving it in darkness was tense . We regularly drive abroad in rural locations but this was difficult . Getting to the beach on foot is unrealistic . Walking the dirt track in 39 deg + temperatures.. meeting wild boar on the way .. crossing the road and walking to a railway crossing underpass . Would be more accurate to say it’s a short drive to the beach . The villa itself would benefit from air conditioning in the main living area for comfort and replacement pillows which were lumpy and uncomfortable . All said we spent a lovely week in Cefalu

Jul 19,2024This was our first time booking a villa with Oliver's Travels - having had a bad experience with an Air BnB property a couple of year's prior in Italy, when a two-week booking made 12 months prior, was cancelled with 5 days' notice! Never trusting them again! From the outset, the Oliver's Travels experience was first class. The villa - Trullo Adriana - was exactly as described. We felt safe, comfortable and enjoyed every minute, The local manager who met us at the property spoke perfect English and was incredibly helpful. Genuinely, every aspect of our nine days' in paradise was lovely. Thank you.
