Jan 23,2024Adelaide took what was going to be an upsetting first experience with Oliver's Travels and turned it around. We had submitted a reservation request that we thought was approved and never showed up on the website in our trips tab. I contacted Oliver's and my questions went unanswered for several days in spite of my repeated emails and phone call attempts. We then got an email and voice message telling us we didn't get the reservation - almost a full week after we thought we had it. It was from Adelaide. She explained the owners were out of town and gave it to someone else. We were upset, but she showed us several other available options and we ended up finding one we liked. She worked through her weekend off to make sure the rental went through and communicated with us every step of the way. Our trip is now booked and scheduled at the end of May, so I can't review the house yet. I can say that Adelaide definitely saved the day here... we most definitely would NOT have rented a place with Oliver's if she hadn't done such a great job turning this experience around. Thank you Adelaide.

I submitted an enquiry regarding catering and was promptly contacted by one of their travel agents, Attara, who was extremely efficient answering questions and completing our booking. It was a hassle free process with great customer service, would highly recommend.

Jan 28,2024Chiara, our booking agent at Oliver's was extremely helpful as we booked out the entire Great House in Antigua. We had a lot of questions which needed to be fielded with the property so we could know it would be the perfect one for us. Chiara was able to get answers and information back and forth with the property quickly and completely for us so we could make the right decision. We are so excited for our trip now!
