Why they do not update their agents immediately, who knows. Providing options that were available and pursuing owner responses on availability until we finally secured something we were happy with. Jacqueline from Oliver's stepped up on our behalf to find us an even better alternative. She took a personal interest in our case, communicated with us throughout the process and even provided a cheeky little discount to compensate for the initial frustration and extra time involved. Outcome: holiday sorted, and our trust in Oliver's preserved.

Their selection of amazing Chateau’s with outstanding descriptions and pictures made you feel like you were walking through the properties. The best part of the whole experience is the awesome concierge service provided by Adelaide.She went above and beyond with quick responses and great input to help me plan a 3 wk vacation in France.
