Jan 21,2025Asked for price for October in various places. Asked for a 48 hour option on 1 large villa in Marrakesh. Option given but no mention of the fact the price had gone up from £8k to £13,500 !!! An unapologetic sales advisor and a dismissive explanation which was not credible.

She was extremely efficient in initially holding our villa whilst we sorted out our flights and then confirming our booking immediately once we had paid our deposit. However, Harry Maw was brilliant in sorting out an alternative, emailing and updating us and getting a replacement confirmed. Excellent customer service and great staff. Thank you. Jeremy

Jan 17,2025Danielle has been so helpful with our booking by holding it until we were ready to confirm. She was always quick to respond to emails and was incredibly helpful. We have used Oliver’s travels before – a group booking last year to Crete and we were equally as impressed. Not only by the villa but the whole experience – the pick up and drop back to the airport, the hire cars , the cleaning midweek and the actual villa.
