Despite what I thought of as an early start to the week, Anete Zilgalve, to whom I spoke, was most helpful and very efficiently answered my query and emailed me by return and solved the problem we had inadvertently created for ourselves with our booking/booking credit. Many thanks to Anete.

Ultimately we didn’t book through Oliver’s Travels as all the properties I liked were booked for the dates we needed but I was very impressed with the service and communication - from requesting additional information and floor plans and suggesting alternatives. Dec 07,2024I had cause to change the date of a booked holiday almost immediately after booking it. 'Daryl' (sorry, don't know last name) dealt with the change promptly and efficiently. As well as email I was also able to talk to him directly via phone. This is in sharp contrast to one of your major competitors who are impossible to get hold of by phone and use terrible chatbots to ruin your booking. Well done Oliver's Travels - I'll be back
