Jan 14,2025South of France The choice of properties on offer is wide ranging and of high quality. The attention paid to our needs and the subsequent questions which we raised were speedily resolved by Constance who is dealing with our reservation. This has relieved the levels of stress one usually encounters whilst trying to reserve what one hopes will be an enjoyable summer vacation. Excellent service.

Jan 13,2025Sent a message about needing a cot as the advert didn’t mention anything. Got a quick response from Aisling who said she would ask the host and get back to us. Also asked us if we wanted to hold the villa for 48 hours which we did. The next day I got a call saying they could provide a cot so we we went ahead. Brilliant service thank you again!

Jan 13,2025We reached out and were working with Oliver's Travel to locate a house that could meet our needs for South of France. We were thrilled to finally land on a house and according to the policy were told we could hold it for 48 hours as we sorted through some logistics to get questions answered as we are bringing family together from across time zones. Before the time was up we were told the house went to someone else! They are not a company to be counted on, buyer beware, don't use this service, as you cant count on it!! I might also add that they continue to speak about “provisional booking“ however, this is not correct because we specifically told them we did not want to lose the house and they assured us that we would be fine but I think what happened was they already had someone else looking at the house and they just went with them because it was easier faster and who knows maybe it’s because they didn’t have kids. Regardless, we will never know the truth other than the fact that this company is not reliable, and their response is disingenuous and unacceptable

We had several questions for the owner during that 48 hour provisional period and Alison managed to get them all answered for us! We really appreciated her positive and helpful assistance so that when the time came to confirm our booking we were reassured and were happy to go ahead and confirm our booking.

Jan 12,2025We’ve booked a beautiful villa in Portugal for the summer (not yet travelled). Patricia at Oliver’s Travels was so friendly, helpful and efficient. She was happy to answer any questions and always replied promptly. We were considering two villas and they were happy to hold both for 48hours while we decided. There are lots of available extras available too such as transfers and a pre-stocked fridge which we plan to make use of a bit nearer the time to make life easier travelling with young children. Thank you for making the booking process so quick and easy! Can’t wait to enjoy the holiday. We have high expectations so I hope it lives up to our experience so far!

Jan 11,2025I have just booked a family holiday in Spain with Jacqueline Torrisi of Oliver's Travels. I had a long list of requirements, as we will be taking small children, the most important of which was a heated pool. Jacqueline was so helpful and very patient when I kept adding more requirements! I never felt I was being pushed to make a booking and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend this company.
