May 23,2024The cottage was lovely and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. The decision to make it an upside down house with a view of Bamburgh castle was understandable, but if you were there in a warm summer it would make eating on the outside area complicated having to trail everything downstairs and then back up again! Some lovely dog-friendly touches such as blankets so they could sit on the sofa (ours doesn't but others do. Only negative was the tiny ensuite shower with no shelf for shampoo etc so as we were the only occupants we used the main bathroom so we had room to move. Locally there was plenty to do and see, with some excellent eateries and farm shops, and the weather was very kind to us We did find it expensive compared to other places we have stayed but as we had a previous booking's cashback to use, it offset it to a more acceptable price. Olivers were good to book through although a little over-zealous with 5 emails in the 10 days running up to arrival, and one the day after we arrived checking everything was OK.....

May 23,2024I submitted a transportation request and received a generic reply that you were busy with imminent arrangements. My request was regarding a booking the very next day. Additionally, I never received confirmation that supplies were stocked as requested, so I brought them to the villa myself and then discovered it had been done. I could have rented the property through VRBO for better communication. Disappointed for sure with Oliver’s Traveks involvement.

The booking process was straightforward, and the website provided plenty of information and photos to help us choose the perfect villa. The customer service team at Olivers Travels was outstanding. They were quick to respond to our inquiries and provided detailed answers and local recommendations that enhanced our trip. We felt well taken care of even before we arrived. Villa La Neblina was exactly as described, if not better. The villa is beautifully situated in the serene Andalucian countryside, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. The property was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fantastic kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a lovely living area. The outdoor space was a highlight for us. We spent hours lounging by the private pool, enjoying meals on the spacious terrace, and exploring the beautifully landscaped gardens. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the villa, from the stylish decor to the thoughtful welcome basket filled with local treats. Overall, our stay at Villa La Neblina exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a relaxing and memorable holiday, thanks to Olivers Travels and their excellent service. We highly recommend them and will definitely be booking with them again for our future travels. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Only problem is that we only spent a week there!

May 15,2024We are 15 siblings and spouses aged 45-75 traveling to Italy together. You can imagine the back and forth between everyone about what we want to do and see! Anne Jaques has made it all seem easy. We appreciate this so much. Anne has been busy emailing our villa and us regularly over the past few weeks. I cannot wait to update this review and tell you how spectacular the trip was due to OT! Thanks for all the help!! (and we know it's been a LOT)

May 23,2024We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chateau de Reon. The property is fabulous, beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. Thomas, the owner/director, and his colleagues Margot and Livia, could not have done more to make our weekend stay absolutely perfect in every way. We and our guests were overwhelmed with every aspect - even the sun shined for us! It far exceeded my expectations - congratulations and thanks to Thomas and his team for a weekend we will never forget.
