Apr 25,2024Feels like getting conned. I was looking for a villa rental in Italy, and I was offered a 'provisional booking', they would hold/reserve the villa for 48 hours, which I made use of, great! Next thing I know, in my account, I didn't see anything when logged in, nothing in the dashboard or bookings. I thought I must have done something wrong right?! Then suddenly I see a 3000 euro charge on my credit card! So not so much a provisional booking, but actual payment and locked in.... I wrote them, and they cancelled the booking, out of 'Good Will'. Well thank you very much, never will visit that website again.

Apr 23,2024Lovely villa with fantastic staff. The concierge service was excellent. Zuzana helped organise transfers (the taxi driver, Dave was fabulous and we used him the whole week) and food to be delivered in advance. All helped to make the holiday very relaxing. Would definitely use Oliver’s Travels again.

Apr 23,2024Great company with helpful UK staff who did everything they said they would in a suitable timeframe. Great ground support in Lanzarote regarding transfers and everything at the villa - all very friendly and helpful. Villa _ Las Vegas _ was perfect for us with a private pool in a quiet residential area, all very keep and well kept. Would definitely recommend this company.

Atarra has been equally as helpful, efficient and a pleasure these last few days arranging grocery shopping and clarifying a couple of questions with the owner/manager of the Villa. We can't wait for our stay next month!

Apr 17,2024Excellent customer service from Atarra Preston We have a family holiday booked in July through Oliver’s travels ( second holiday booked) I contacted the concierge dept and spoke with Atarra … she was so friendly and helpful and answered my queries and contacted the villa owner to check a few issues and clarified them for us We were so impressed with the help she gave us , she is a credit to Oliver’s travels Thank you

Apr 17,2024We had an absolutely fantastic time at Pine Cliffs Resort, where the family stayed in a lovely and well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. Booking with Oliver Travels was a superb experience; really easy and nothing was too much trouble. The resort was absolutely superb and the staff were incredible. Definitely on the list of places to go back to. We would highly recommend Oliver Travels and Pine Cliffs Resort.
