Apr 05,2024We had to cancel our holiday within eight weeks of departure due to medical reasons. Chiara who handled the cancellation process could not have been more helpful, understanding and efficient. All credit to Olivers Travels for the way they allowed their customer response team to deal with the issue. As someone who for over 15 years was financial director of one of the UK biggest tour operators, I am well aware of the difficulties late cancellations can cause, well done, and once again many thanks to Chiara. (Can’t check with grandson. Glad villa has cot & high chair…) I have a few questions for my disabled needs. I’ll talk to Constance… 😘

Apr 03,2024We really enjoyed our stay at Kirdford Farm. It is a beautiful house with the most amazing grounds. My 2 grandsons were a little disappointed that they couldn’t use the tennis court (it was being treated for moss) as they both have lessons and were looking forward to some practice. They did enjoy the play area. We didn’t use the Dairy as there was a strong smell of oil/varnish and we worried this would affect the baby. We just moved the cot and bedding across to the main house. The house was exceptionally well equipped - everything you might have needed was there. We loved the huge fireplace which we used a couple of nights. Both the lady that greeted and showed us around and the caretaker were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time there

Apr 03,2024The whole booking experience was straight forward. It was particularly easy and useful, to hold a booking whilst you finalise plans with other members in the party. When I submitted a question, a member of the team who had actually visited the apartment called me back on the same day to answer my questions.

Very prompt efficient and pleasent experience dealing with the company and particularly with Atarra as mentioned. Mar 29,2024We booked a special holiday in Madeira, for 9 guests, through Oliver's Travels, staying in a truly magnificent villa in Funchal. We had specific requirements, including specialist local travel arrangements, catering and other activities, all which were organised through our Concierge at Oliver's Travels, Zuzana Quattrocchi. We cannot overstate what a pleasure she was to deal with; incredibly responsive, professional and knowledgeable. When we got to Madeira, everything ran like clockwork; which made the whole holiday even more special and relaxing. We will definitely be using Oliver's Travels in the future. Thank you!
