Jun 04,2022Poor decision making, they turned me down even tho I'm earning £4-5K per month for an application that was £60 per month & i even have £5k savings in my bank as i could pay back the Product at any time. I only wanted to did this just to build my credit from 600 to 700.. but they turned me down with even good credit score. i went with another company for the same product novuna & it was completely fine....

May 13,2022Wouldn't recommend using this company. On my final statement the words " ARREARS AMOUNT " were written in the middle of my address. My account was complete and actually in credit due to the fact someone at this company cannot use a calculator. I emailed a complaint as this caused upset and distress to my wife and myself. I regarded the reply as a corporate "copy and paste ". I hope the vendors using this company see this and seek another financial arrangements.

May 04,2022Omni Capital was the finance company that was recommended to me by the clinic where I was having surgery and I can honestly say that from the moment I first contacted them right through the setting up of the finance and beyond that they have been amazing. Every call I made to speak to an Advisor when I needed information or clarification or just to confirm that the forms I had completed had been received and were in order, was met with a friendly, courteous advisor who went above and beyond the expected level of service to be sure that I was happy with whatever it was that I had called about. So a very big Thank You to all the lovely staff that I have dealt with every time I called. I highly recommend them. Rose

Apr 22,2022I received an email asking me to contact customer services as there was an issue with my payment and that I had incurred a late fee that needed to be paid asap. I was very anxious about calling but Bronwyn was so kind and professional and made me feel at ease straight away. She rectified the situation swiftly and reassured me that all was in hand and waived the late fee. She was incredibly polite and friendly and I can’t thank her enough as she calmed me down instantly as I was panicking about the fees etc
