Told nothing but lies so stopped the direct debit , and told the bank never to pay them or vodafone . You sign for 12 months then they clam you signed for 3 years why when your retiring and want extra money ,

They sell you the deal on the phone, they don’t tell you that you have to cancel your old contract, pay towards it and then you keep getting bills from your old company, swapping has cost me over £200 avoid please

I have had three days with no internet connection. The response from onecom is to have someone talk me through factory reset and reconfiguration. I have now done this three times, over three days, in the same way, which has not fixed the problem. Extremely disappointed in the service.

Our previous supplier left us (being funeral directors) without phones and broadband for 3 weeks, totally unacceptable. So we moved to onecom with an agreed set of requirements. Ported on 2 Sep and haven't had phones since, 9 days! Technical support and customer service are non-existent, "out of the frying pan and into the fire"!
Patient and helpful customer service rep, but I was initially misled by this company and will not be renewing my contract.

I wish I could give less than one star. Their sales people LIE. They are the lowest of the low con artists. I BEG YOU DO NOT EVER, EVER enter into a contract with these crooks. You have been warned.
