Manjeet was very helpful and got my phone up and running for me. First time with onecom so I am very pleased it all works. Manjeet was easy to understand and was a 5 star helper as I had an urgent call in 30 mins and I couldn't use my phone initially. Great work Manjeet...you have saved the day.

Really bad. Very confusing pricing and now left paying over £140 a month for two sims. Can’t wait to get out of the contract.

We are a business and we need to change over to a digitial phone line as does everyone else. I had been inconversation with someone over this and it was delayed until march, Fri 14th 8pm we are cut off and the customer service department who were very nice, told me there wasnt anyone available over the wekend to reconnect us and then sort this out on monday. Who runs a large company with out 24/7 cover, we have and will lose business over the weekend not happy.

I have a Vodafone package but through a partner, namely one com. I recently received a call from my account manager, mr James Long asking me how I am finding the home WiFi. First problem is I am with talk talk and have been since 21st April 2021. After asking if I had been getting charged for broadband since that date he sheepishly answered yes. He said he would look into it but since the phone call (over 2 months ago) he’s mysteriously never in the office when I call and has lost the ability to answer emails. So with not even an apology in sight, how do I expect a refund. Big companies literally not giving a damn about the clients that made them as per. Will be approaching ofcom once this is posted

Majeet had great customer service the care to the clients needs were 2nd to none I hope we have customer care teams to continue to support the clients in need as Ai unfortunately cannot connect to the customer care. Thankyou

Extremely unhappy. Sold me 3 business lines which I didn’t need or want to my 2 teenage granddaughters and myself by offering them at a much reduced price and then loaded the account with 4 extra lines and other add ons which I was unaware of. Taking legal action. Be very careful what you sign up to and don’t be afraid to ask questions if you are unsure. Miss sold massively.

The customer service especially from Tilly Keay and the customer service has been remarkable. She found the best deal that suits our business and although I have had issues with delivery of a phone being sent to the incorrect address and then being lost, by the courier company. She would call me regularly with updates.

BE AWARE!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED... Extremely poor company, Harkrishan Chadha convinced me to transfer from my Vodaphone business line, I have not been able receive incoming or make outgoing calls for 10 days now and there customer support is without doubt the worst I have ever experienced... They said they could save me £2 per month and it has cost me hundreds already in missed bookings! Very Very poor company...

!!!!!!! Don’t sign the contract with them whatever they say and promise. My company was on £20 contract with O2, they promised different extras like, portable Wi-Fi, free YouTube, digital landline number for free, whatever and sign me to vodaphone 3 years contract, promise I am paying only £12 for everything. The trick is this was only for 1.5 year, after you have to pay the full amount of £146 or sign another contract with them for 3 years. So all the stuff they sign you for, yes uou will be paying for that :))) A lot!!! They hold you with them and start to rise the prices every year from £126 to £146. You can’t stop the contract and have to pay the fine. Casually they add different non sense without telling you, like some online protection or whatever, have no idea about all the products, but have to keep checking your bills every month. How even that possible to be such a scammers? First of all Vodaphone coverage is bigger, showing network but not working at all. This is an experience of a removal company 24 h online with hundreds of call every day. Compare to O2 much worth, my contact ends soon so after owner paying around £2000 returning back to O2 £20 :) I will happily leave the review in all the review websites I know and make sure it stays there for other people to know. You can check my company reviews, I know what service should be for a proper company. Just sign directly with a provider you want, O2 EE vodaphone. Sorry for my English, the point is you got the facts, please don’t be fool signing with them!

Onecom customer service is horrific. I’ve been hung up on many times. They have so many delaying tactics when u request info. They never call back when u make a request. Worst decision ever to join them. It is a scam.

No Internet access since November last year. Passed from one person to another. Awaiting delivery of 3rd router to resolve the issue (yep 🫣) and an incomplete delivery address means ANOTHER wasted day of unpaid leave.

One star is a little generous. Our contract ended in September 2024 when we asked for it to be cancelled. We are still being charged almost half a year later. Happy to take your money but no so responsive when you email or call to cancel. This company has no ethics. I would strongly suggest finding another company.

after 3 calls to others with no help to correct fault...... Aftab Ansari Customer support advisor went beyond and above to help me sort out the inability of calls in and out on my new phone He was amazing, patient and kept in touch all through the process. After a lot of phone calls with his help yippee phone worked I can not thank him enough.... please pass on my huge thanks.....
