Over the last few months I have tried in vain to cancel our service with Onecom, emails, Whatsapp messages, online chat & telephone calls, I'm told it will be dealt with but nothing has been done. We have yet again had money taken out of our account, and despite conversations with the same sales person Keira, whom doesnt seem to keep any notes, as I have advised her on 3 seperate occasions that we no longer require the services of onecom, she has called back yet again today to ask what we are planning on doing with our account, despite the fact that our number was ported over to a new supplier over a month ago. I would not touch this company with a barge pole, I am flaberghasted at the number of positive reviews. I guess if I dont see this review on the trust pilot page I will know?

I was having trouble accessing invoices and emailed your company. The reply from Tina was very quick and she advised me she would look into this for me. Tina kept me updated and assured me that she was still looking into this as for me gaining access to invoices was mandatory. Tina forwarded me the invoices in question whilst waiting IT to give me the necessary access. I was extremely pleased with the service I received - Thank you Tina
