Today I spoke with Manjeet Sherawart and he helped me with my inquiries. But I am very unhappy with additional charges to my account. Many times I asked to cancel my insurance and why I was paying for the spam prevention. I hope now will be fine.

Manjit was fantastic and a real help
Impossible to escape from their contracts and I am now paying £122 per month for a sim-only deal with Vodafone that would cost £10 per month from any other provider. They have added an additional £19.95 to my company's bill also for a "OneCom Cyber Pro Plan" for the past two months without informing us.
I have recently been dealing with Naomi from OneCom , who was absolutely fantastic. She gone everything sorted out for me and went above and beyond. Fantastic service

I’ve been with one.com for 10 years, multiple sites for me, family & friends. I transferred my main domain & site to Hostinger thinking I’d get a better current AI content. How wrong I was! I got a flashy website (eventually) But minimal hits on the web and lost customers. I have since thankfully and gratefully returned to one.com and website is performing better already. I can only say that they are the best, they’re reliable and trustworthy, they’re my only host that I’d ever use and I completely regret ever leaving, thank you one.com you’re great 👍
Scam - Signed me up for things I never agreed to (And additional phone number, entertainment package, and refused to cancel the sim I don't use.) STAY AWAY
I received a call recently from onecom from whom I hold my mobile phone package with asking me how I was finding my home broadband. Problem is, my home broadband deal is with talk talk and has been since 2021. Upon being asked if I was being charged all this time the manager sheepishly said yes and that he would look into things. This was December 2024. Since this date I have continuously had emails completely ignored and when I call direct there is never anybody in the office authorised to deal with such an incident. They have had my money for something they’ve never provided which is outrageous. Do the decent thing onecom and offer me my refund. They can clearly see that I have no connection in my home prescribed by them. I guess I’ll have to send everything to ofcom. In the meantime people, don’t be fooled by third party offers. Go direct and stay safe
If I could give 0 stars I would. Steer clear of this company if you want a service provider that is available when you need help. Getting in contact with the service team is an absolute nightmare. Phone and you are kept on hold for a ridiculous length of time, use the web chat and it cuts you off, and WhatsApp takes forever. I’ve been trying to contact them for help for 3 hours and I still have no internet and no resolution. I’ve been left with no way for our customers to contact us. Absolutely appalling service from one on.

Please avoid those guys. hiding extra charges (very well) Problems with the contract coming to the end,. Charge you another month even when is over. Please make sure you cancel other service even when your contract is finish-no one will worn you and you will be still charged. Dodgy company

Mar 01,2025Onecom never use them. Do not even think of joining them. Listen dont even read anymore reviews, STOP right now. Go and find another provider. I repeat Do not go in any type of contract with onecom. After the experience I have had with them all I can say is If you do Try them get ready for sleepless nights.. If your want Onecom nightmares, please help yourself.
