I wouldnt give them enay stars as we had agreement to take way my vox and data line with vodaphone but thay didn't and haven't as I taken out broad band for the house on this agreement but as now thay think I'm happy paying for 2 Internet one to vodaphone and one to them.stay away from them all thay do is rip you off and brake agreements and think it's OK but leave you in the hole with more than one contract to pay for 2 of the same services

Contracts missold, after reviewing my recorded sales call, it was never made clear to me that I could not terminate the contract or the fact that I had to pay vodafone directly upfront. Was told that I was signing up to onecome not that i had to pay vodafone, also they have failed to set up a direct debit and now i find myself cut off. Formal complaint issued, now to CISAS, i have been completely scammed and out of pocket

The contracts are over complicated and not explained in full, you find yourself in an endless cycle of paying way way over the normal prices and the only way to not pay an extortionate amount is to renew for a longer period to get the discount you initially have. Then you end up in the same situation again at a later date. It is impossible to deal with them and the buy out is ridiculous so you are stuck until the contract runs out. DO NOT USE THEM.
