Terrible. We have been without landlines for 3 weeks. The Engineer who attended the site left without checking that anything worked... It has been impossible to get beyond the customer service agents and through to the telephony team - who are always taking " A large amount of calls" (A bad sign) -We have waited on hold for a total of two hours plus.. Even their Live Chat is unavailable! Terrible!!! -2021719 is our account number - just incase anyone at this terrible company thinks this is a fake review. I'm now advising that the contract be terminated.
