I have been sold a contract that was supposed to be £15 per month, first bill £52.35 cannot get anyone to answer my calls and Vodafone will not have nowt to do with it. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Update, finally got to talk to onecom and surprise surprise they deny completely misleading me (lying) so now I will contact Cisas Very upset I could be conned like this!
Just had another very positive support experience, with Lucie quickly and efficiently resolving our reported issue as she has often done in the past. I highly recommend Onecom and their support desk.
Continue to bill us after we emailed well in advance to cancel the contract. Poor account management really and they try to bill after the services had been ported to a new provider and tried to make it our fault? I'm sorry but if our account was managed right it wouldnt have come to this.. only intrested when we are spending. Please feel free to reach out on 07415 102304 to talk about this.

Very poor service, being charged more than I should each month, no-one will speak to me regarding it, they avoid you at all costs. Its all mis-sold contracts that I am now contacting CISAS, they try to tell me I have a business phone, I dont, they say I have 2 numbers, I dont. what an awful awful company.
