I had a fast close and Ivan Perez and his whole team were more than accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Bobbie went the extra mile treat us fairly, particularly with regards to the timing of the market down-turn at the time of our home sale listing and my wife and we enjoyed her personable style and professionalism. I have sold 3 houses over the last 20 years and my experience working with Bobbie and Orchard was the best results selling a home & buying a new home we have ever had. Orchard did everything promised as we agreed in the begginning and followed through accordingly with no problems. Oct 19,2022I hate places that act like you can get your quote Emailed to you and then answer a bunch of questions and then the very last question is your phone number and won’t let you proceed it’s super sneaky super creepy and I hate companies that do that I will not do business with them send me an Email ,I’m not falling for this where you sell my phone number to 20 companies If you can’t accommodate me

Oct 15,2022The original lady that sold us on the idea of Orchard was awesome. She was purely no pressure. All the real estate agents from other companies were high pressure. Which was not good because of my wife's anxiety and mental issues. Then Lisa Jurek took over like with 2 minutes left and two touch downs behind. Now that my wife was stressed out. But Lisa Jurek could be a therapist calmed her down with her calming voice. We couldn't sell the house in the 30 days so we had to take the guaranteed offer. Lisa said no problem and it was 1 2 3 she gave us over to Quinn. An Lisa never left either. Quinn had everything ready for closing even after we failed the e notary security questions. Quinn and Lisa sent us I believe her name was Pam to notarized the closing. Quin to me did a pick 6 to close the deal. It was amazing team you have. Thank you! Thank you! Now my Wife and I are prepared for grand kids and entertaining in our new much larger home. Again thank you. You don't know how much we appreciate it. Oct 04,2022I used Orchard’s Move First Program and it was an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I am a licensed NC broker and didn’t want the hassle of showings with my dog. I also wanted a stress free and simple fast close . I was under contract and closed and moved in 3 weeks ! I loved the program and process so much that I wanted to join the company and help others !!! I now work for the company and love the teamwork and the culture at Orchard ! So not only did I move into my dream house in my dream neighborhood ,I also get to help others with Orchards programs as well !! So grateful for Orchard in more ways than one !!!!
