Oct 26,2019You pay for no having to list that’s for sure! I was quoted with 16k in repairs that were cosmetic. They pick you apart to low bid you. Will be filing formal complaint with TREC on the inspection as well.

Sep 25,2019We shopped around and researched many companies and actually started to sell our house through a Perch competitor only because they gave us the highest offer. Once we got into the sales process though we found out there were many things that we did not agree with. The house we were selling was only 5 years old andthere was very little wrong with it. The company was trying to nickel and dime us for every little thing just trying to drive the price down. I went to Perch and they gave us a quick and very fair offer The staff was very professional, friendly and understanding. In less than a month our house was sold and we had moved into a new home. The staff kept us informed throughout the process. Even when I was having some issues with my mortgage company getting proper documentation they stepped in and offered to help. The closing process could not have been simpler, they came out to our new house and we sat down at the dining table and closed within 40 minutes. All the paperwork was prepped and ready to go so that all we had to do was go through the papers and sign. I have already recommended perch to several friends and family and I will continue to do so.

Beware; however, of the administrative cost which is comparable to that of a realtor and the cost of repair that removes money from you bottom-line. These cost may substantially reduce the amount of money your are planning to save or invest in another home.

The only human to human interactions were the inspection and the final walk-through. All parties involved were on time, courteous, and operated efficiently. The closing was online and well done. Funds were in our account the next day. Highly recommended as alternative to conventional home sale.

Nov 16,2019I had to sell my house within 45 days and needed to find a company that would help me do this. I had never done business over the phone on this this level (of money) and was more than skeptical about even trying this approach. I went through the process on line and then contacted my Austin contact, William Blaire. He walked me through the process of selling/buying, was never pushy and always provided me great service. The entire process got the house sold to them and a check in my hand within 45 days. They gave me the best offer on the house and worked with me to allow me to stay for an extra 2 weeks. This took the pressure off of my buying a new house in another state and being able to move without additional stress. If you're in a pinch and need to sell your home, I'd recommend going this route. It's never the way I thought I'd be selling a house, but it certainly worked for me!
