Home listing and showings all occurred after we had already moved into our new place. Everyone we worked with at orchard seemed invested in making the process easy and helping us get top dollar for the sale or our old home. I would recommend them without reservation

Aug 30,2022Incredible! Starting the process they were not responsible. After making the appointment for the visit to my house, the hour passed and they never arrived even after we had called the same day to confirm. The appointment was at 5:00 pm and my husband called at noon and they told him they were coming. I never reached the lady and when we sent her a message they called us saying a thousand excuses and among all of them they said that they had called and had left a voice message, something that was NOT true. NOBODY CALLED, NOBODY CAME, therefore I don't think they are responsible because if they acted like that in the first step, I don't want to imagine what it would have been like to continue with ORCHARD

Aug 29,2022My husband and I sold our home in TX through Orchard. We were skeptical at first, especially because the cost of the concierge services seemed too good to be true. But nope! All legit. Selling your home is going to be stressful no matter what, but Orchard did a great job. The concierge services were a big reason we went with them, because we needed our baseboards installed and some landscaping. We didn’t have to pay upfront, and the costs were taken out at closing. Super convenient! The costs were also like, 80% less than what we would have paid out of pocket through a contracted company.

Aug 27,2022Felt too good to be true but let me tell you they did everything they said and it was the best thing we ever did. Do you really want to live in another house while you locate your next home because your home sold before buying your next home? NO. We moved once and let me tell you that was such a stress relief to the family that we actually enjoyed the process. Thanks Orchard!!

Aug 27,2022I had a great experience with their service. I bought and sold my home through Orchard with little to no hassle at all. Everything went as they told me it was going to go. There employees were right on top of every aspect of the buy and sell. Great communication through out the whole processes. I'd recommend there services to anyone and I plan to continue to business with them in the future. I wouldn't think about buy or selling any other way. It's great know that you have a solid team at your back.

Aug 26,2022The only issue I had was because we were hesitant and didn’t sign right away for the offer on our house we lost out but our agent had emailed saying we had until the end of the month to keep that offer so on the last day we finally bit the bullet and went for it now knowing what we were signing was not the offer so when we went to make an offer on a house we found they said we didn’t have an offer and the new offer came in lower. So don’t make promises without full explanation of how to get the promised offer. If that hadn’t happened we would highly recommend you to everyone because we believe your way of buying and selling is the only way that makes sense.

Aug 25,2022What a great way to buy and sell! Orchard bought our house, sold us our new house (all cash), then sold our old house for $61K over list price! Carley Woods was our realtor and was so nice, responsive and professional. People kept wondering why I was so calm and collected during the sales process. Orchard was the reason why.

Aug 24,2022Overall, we had a good experience with buying a home through Orchard. Alexandra was amazing! So helpful and responsive and easy to work with. Our only difficulty was with the loan department. Once the supervisor got involved, things got figured out quickly, but we had a couple of frustrating weeks. We are still in the selling phase, but so far that is going well!

Sep 01,2022Our family had a horrific experience with Orchard. We never were consulted on closing dates which ended up being schedule for less than 27 days and we found out from our bank. If you want a personal experience, where your rea estate agent advocates for you, knows you, helps you- orchard is not the place. All communication was done over text and email. We asked for help multiple times and our agent would send screen shots of communication only. She ended up being one of the reasons our closing got held up. She showed for closing and never NOT ONCE said thank you. She never communicated with us that in NC, when we close, that doesn’t mean we get to move in. We ended up getting in near legal battles over moving in too early bc we weren’t told we couldn’t. Nicole Thomas was awful. Her supervisor acted like he cared. He said he was going to talk to his supervisor. We never heard from them. Orchard is unbelievably the wrong decision if you’re planning on buying a home!
