May 26,2022At the beginning we thought Orchard was too good to be true, but after talking with Lisa, she explained the process flawlessly and took any of those worries away. She didn’t pressure us or give any kind of a “one time offer” pressure. Orchard offered us a solid amount for our home which gave us a good instant equity to use toward the downpayment of our new home and even worked with us on a reasonable price to list our home at based on the current market and comps. Being able to move out and then show made our life with a toddler and dog much easier! Our home was only on the market for 4 days before we accepted an offer (we had offers on day 1, but knew multiple would come in). Our agent kept us up to date on anything going on and gave us great advice when looking at offers so we could make an informed decision. Once we chose an offer we knew what additional proceeds we were getting and our agent called weekly to let us know any updates. We recently closed on the other home and it was a much easier process than other homes we’ve sold! Orchard was really a great company to work with on both the buying and selling side! Their agents really have your best interest at heart. Highly recommend!!!

May 26,2022We were very happy with our Orchard experience. I do wish our sales rep would have been more hands on in the process. It would have been helpful if they shown up at the walk thru and closing as have probably would have been advised not to sign until house was completed. We had five crews working on the house as doing the final walk thru and three crews working during the closing.

May 18,2022My representation Sara from the very start was concise and transparent with what Orchard could or could not do for me. I was new at the home selling part and she was patient with my concerns. Since I was working and also living in the home she was understanding and worked the showings around my schedule as best as possible. Also, I love their sign. It's modern and causes people to take notice. i only had a negative experience , when someone else had to cover for her. She was out for a bit and the person covering for her made me feel like I was on an island. But she was back and my house was finalized. If you ever get a chance to work with Orchard ask for Sara Molina :)

Orchard helped us find a brand new home which we were able to move into without having to sell our current home first. We were able to purchase our new home with a cash offer. We then received the extra proceeds from the sale. The process was seamless. The Orchard realtors were very honest and helpful throughout this whole process. May 08,2022We met our home advisor who gave us a run down of the process and how things would work. Orchard came in took professional pictures and put our home up on the market. After receiving multiple offers our agent went over them carefully to explain the best offer which worked best in the end for us. The closing process was very simple and easy. The team kept in touch through the whole process till the end. It was a great experience.
