Mar 10,2022Listen carefully! I procrastinated a long while on the sale of my house because I was always told, "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!". However, I am so grateful for my team on selling my house. I worked closely with Christine Harvey and she connected me with Colin Rafferty, my contractor. They went over and beyond for me! But, I'm still procrastinating, asking questions, saying we should do this or that. But, they were both right! So we put it on the market, and holy cow, what a response! I've never seen anything like it! Colin had said, "I hope we blow your socks off!" Mission accomplished! We got so many offers and appointments set up to view the house over one weekend (around 103), and we accepted an offer on Monday! I also must mention Heather Francis, who came in to help Christine. She too, was awesome! And also, Tina Selix, who got the ball rolling. Thank you, Orchard! I made over 3 times the amount I was quoted by another agent! Three 3 times! So, don't procrastinate! Just do it! You won't regret it! P.S. If I hit a 1 star on my agent, it was done accidentally! All of the names I mentioned in my review were ALL 5 STARS! Orchard is all 5 stars also!

Mar 09,2022Too many handoffs! We delt with so many people and getting an answer about things became really difficult. The concept and the product is great, but it became a huge headache getting things resolved and even getting people to answer emails. How does the rent back work? Who at Orchard shut off our utilities? How much money do we need to bring to closing? These are questions that we'd love to have gotten answers to without having to email multiple times.

The Orchard team was well versed in helping us through the buying process. My favorite part of the process was being able to find and buy our new home before we listed our current home. This way we didn't have to worry about showings and lining up the sell and purchase of both houses.

Feb 25,2022I was able to sell my home to Orchard and stay until I moved in to my new home and then complete the closing of my home. I dreaded the idea of having to clean and tidy up for showing and having strangers come to my home but with Orchard- I did not have any viewers until I moved out and house was empty! I loved selling my home to Orchard and I recommend it! Sara, our real estate agent who sold my home provided excellent service, contacted me throughout the entire process with updates, care and professional services. Thank u Sara/Orchard!

Feb 12,2022I was skeptical about the process, but Orchard proved me wrong. Lottie Holmes was my buying agent. She explained the process and walked me through the entire time. Ellen Kelly was my selling agent. She did great and maximized my profit when she sold my home. I worked with Stephanie Phanmiller, Orchard home loans, who was awesome. Everyone was great to work with, honest, responsive, and they all lived up to what they promised. I would and have recommended Orchard to friends and family.

Mar 12,2022Every document that was created, had the wrong names or addresses. It also took longer to close because Orchard did not realize that 2 months prior we had agreed the Orchard would be the broker. Additionally, we did not like having relators who were not familiar with the area show us houses. Furthermore, when it was time to sell our home, there were no for-sale signs, because all the signs were already in use. They also do not have "coming soon" signs. The house listing Orchard had its writers created was horrible; we ended writing our own listing and the number of viewings increased.
