Apr 29,2022We are currently working with Orchard, and frankly, we are dissatisfied with the agent assigned. The communication is non-existent. We are actively looking and making offers on homes. It is like pulling teeth to get a showing or put in an offer on homes we like. We love the concept but the people working here don’t seem to value their customers.

Apr 24,2022Orchard Move First Program allowed us to move without having to list our house first. We received 91% of projected list price. Then after we moved the house was listed and sold for over $40K above the projected list price and we received to difference minus the 6% realtor fee. Only way tp sell in my opinion.

Apr 22,2022I have to admit We were very skeptical but we decided to try Orchard because we didn’t have any cash to buy and we are in a very competitive market. They presented a offer that seemed to good to be true and were in constant alert for when the catch was going to come up. Constantly looking for traps, reading all the small letters. All that stress proved to be unnecessary but this company model was totally new for us. We were able to find a home and presented a competitive offer in less than a month. We got the proceeds we were promised and listed our house and sold it for much more than the listed price and all the additional proceeds were for us as well. It was not stress free, buying and selling a home always require a lot of work and paperwork and is emotionally draining. And it all happened so fast that we didn’t have time to breathe. Also it’s important to keep in mind that in the type of market where the seller has advantage is perfect for this model. I don’t know if my experience would’ve been the same if we were in a buyer’s market instead. The added value for me was being able to get cash to buy before moving.

Apr 22,2022We loved being able to use our homes equity on our new home without moving. No showings and getting paid twice when our home sold for more than asking price was fantastic!! I would definitely use this company again.

Apr 22,2022I was using this service in Austin and was pretty disappointed. The service offering were great. The realtor was lacking, poor follow up, and poor follow through. I felt I was having to frequently request information on houses, the market, getting listing. I had more service from agents in other areas than Austin. I pulled my contract and going with another service. I had rare contact from the agent, zero checking in, didn’t send information requested without a couple of prompts to send. I can’t express how disappointed I was with the service. The showing agents were great. I felt I had no guidance in the overall process.

They were very efficient, professional, thorough, responsive and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They ensured we were educated about the entire process so that we could make informed decisions. Jordan was available by phone, text, and email so all of our questions were answered immediately, even outside business hours - you can tell Jordan and the Orchard team care on a very personal level. We will definitely come back for other opportunities down the line. We cannot recommend Jordan Castano and the Orchard team enough!!!!

May 04,2022Great Outcome. Everything they stated they would do was exactly what they did. It was great not having to keep my house that I was selling in show condition. They gave me a good offer for the Instant Equity and then on the sale from Orchard to the eventual buyer I received a unbelievable overage from what we listed it as. Just a great experience and Jordan whom I worked with was always there to answer any questions and to keep me appraised of where we where in the process. If I ever sell again, this is the way I am going. Great job Orchard and Jordan. Mark
