Feb 09,2022From beginning to end I couldn't be happier with the process when selling my property. Sergio Gomez is a superstar! I was never in the dark not knowing what was going on. Sergio kept me informed and was patient with my million questions. Not a single promise was made at the beginning that was not kept at the end. Even at closing the team that took over was amazing.

The process was straightforward and it eased a number of the things we were concerned about that are part of the "standard" home selling/buying process. The agents that helped us find our new home were extremely helpful and guided us through. The team working on the concierge items to get the house ready to sell were also very helpful and communicated throughout the process. Finally, the selling process was very simple as we just had to review offers! I would recommend Orchard to anyone looking to buy and sell a home.

Feb 08,2022Orchard found us a new home, repaired our old home, listed our old home and we're currently under contract. Each phase of the process moved at a rapid pace and we were assigned a specialist for each phase. Each specialist was responsive to our queries and actively communicated with us. There were a few surprises due the rapid pace but our assigned specialists helped resolve the concern to our satisfaction.

Feb 08,2022The process allowed us to comfortably purchase a house in another state quickly. Our selling agent worked hard, communicated often, resolved issues, and would be recommended. The buying agent did not help in the process, was often unavailable, luckily had assistance from team mates, and we would not use again. So the rating based on the first point is a 4, second point is a 5 (Toni was awesome!), third point is a 1. Orchard should be mindful of who is part of the brand, we were not first time home buyers and had family that could do the heavy lifting of an absentee buyers agent.

Feb 04,2022Could have been more communication at the start. Everything was online and I am more old school. Having a solid offer in hand made the whole process of looking for and buying a new house much less stressful. Add the Orchard Loan dept and it all gets easier and easier.

Feb 04,2022Orchard is the best. I sold my home to Orchard and they offered the the normal percentage a sale of the home would have cost from a seller standpoint. I was able to pick my closing day. They even gave you a chance to rent back the home so you can search for a home. Great process and program that I will use in the future if I ever need to sell a home while searching again. I highly recommend Orchard.

Feb 04,2022The process was great - it provides the simplicity and convenience of internet house buying and selling, but with the guidance and security of having an agent there the whole time to work with the buying agent, scheduling inspections and closings, and handling potential disputes on your behalf. Great, new hybrid concept in realty!

Feb 04,2022I know there’s ways to sell your home yourself or other ways to work around the 6%realtor fee but you have to have the time and energy to deal with all of that extra work, not for me. Orchard took the wheel and made it so easy for us to sell our home, we originally wanted to use them to get access to some of our equity before we sold but when we found out that we didn’t qualify for that option we still chose them because they appeared to have a nice way of handling the selling process, they kept us informed the whole time. We were notified by text message requesting everything from showings to inspections and appraisal. I would definitely use them again because they were instrumental in us getting our home sold for top dollar, more than I ever would have expected. Shout out to Chris Trimble for being awesome! Thank you Orchard!
