Feb 04,2022Moving is hard!!! With working full time and having 4 dogs, I am not sure we could have done a traditional style sale. Showings and and open houses and everything else that comes along with that. Orchard made the process much easier! Being able to buy our new home and move in before we put our house on the market made the process straightforward and simple!! Stephen and everyone we worked with was great! If you want to un-stress buying and selling I would highly recommend Orchard.

It was a long process in today's market but they help us navigate it and we were able to move and then sell our house at TOP dollar. Highly recommend. This is a for real experience!!!

Feb 03,2022Orchard was a huge help in getting us into our new home. They bought our house, used our equity as a down payment on our new one, and then sold our old house and gave us money after selling it above asking. In this insanely hot market Orchard gave us the edge we needed to stand out. It was also nice not having to move into an apartment and wait potentially months before moving into our own home. That for us was a big deal. We're very thankful for the help and highly recommend Orchard to anyone who wants to skip all the mess that normally comes with purchasing a home.

Feb 03,2022Working with Orchard was a straight forward and easy process. My Realtor Aaron was easy to work with and answered all of my questions as well as eased any concerns. I worked with Matt in their concierge service to paint the interior of my house which really gave it a fresh new look. My only issue would be with the contractors they used not leaving the left over paint as was discussed. I would definitely use Orchard again in the future.

Christine has been great selling the old house with listing it just right in the current market…I couldn’t have had better realtors! I highly recommend orchard and their program of ‘buying’ your old house before you purchase your new one…made moving soo much easier and stress free!

Jan 27,2022I feel the initial offer price was set way to high for a market that was not there. Then, as the prices started to fall, the adjusted price should of been at a more realistic price setting, according to the market. I feel this could of gotten me more money in my pocket in the end. This is where the Realtors experience and Orchards experience, kicks in. I also think my home could of been marketed more. I had under 10 showings, in over four months.

Jan 25,2022Worse company ever, we submited an offer and never got a recipet that they got it as well no body ever available on the phone. We submitted of $70000 k over and still there is no customer service provided, We kept looking at the property to see if it pending or even an email stating that the home went with a different buyer, nothing no reply what so ever. So I don't know if you would like to use this company at all big company but service sucks.
