Jul 30,2021Our representative was great BUT when we sent the financials FOR LOAN APPROVAL USING THE LABEL PROVIDED BY THEM TO OVERNIGHT. IT NEVER ARRIVED, ACCORDING TO THEM. NOW WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING TO PROTECT OURSELVES SINCE THEY SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED SENSITIVE FINANCIAL INFO.!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Jun 26,2021Before reaching out to Orchard, I had worked with a realtor and a few other real estate companies. The recommended selling price for my home by Orchard was comparatively higher than it's competitors. What I liked about Orchard was it's instant equity option which helps us to get in our dream home. Our Agents Mahssa, Quen and our buyers coordinator were exceptional. We were able to buy our dream home in this Houston's hot market at a very reasonable price and our home was sold at a much higher price than the listing price. Over all, we are extremely satisfied with Orchard and would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Jun 25,2021I can't say enough or how thankful I am for this company. Your service model is straightforward, logical, and fair. I was able to contract on the new home, and then sell my home to your company to free up funds for another VA loan, and then get proceeds on the tail end without having to any more closings. The best part was that it was just....easy. Agents Lindsey and Orlando were knowledgeable and great to work with. Quite literally have nothing to complain about. I also netted 70 grand on the sale of the home. Can't complain about that!

Jun 15,2021The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy. We have bought and sold many houses, but this time we did not want to deal with any showings! Once we found our new home we closed with orchard on the old home. When they listed, we were able to sit back and enjoy our new home. We received multiple offers and were under contract in a few days on the old home. After the closing we received the extra money that went over asking price. I am usually a “it’s to good to be true” type thinker, but it was everything they said it would be. I would recommend Orchard to anyone looking to buy or sell and would definitely use them again!

May 18,2021Our experience with Orchard was exceptional. The concept of buying a home and selling our home at the same time was very appealing and with the Orchard model it was as easy as it can possibly be. Our real estate agent Stephen Webb was there constantly going above and beyond helping us find the perfect home and fighting for us to win the best contract. He worked tirelessly to assist us both with finding and buying a home and helping us get a loan through Simon Garza the Orchard Home Loan Officer. The concept of using one company to find a home, get financing for it and selling our home is the ultimate in simplicity. Orchard sent two inspectors to evaluate the price for our home and made a fair offer in about 2 days thanks to Colin Rafferty. This eliminated the stress of having to show our home to prospective buyers and keeping the home in showroom condition constantly. Additionally, thanks to the Orchard model we were able to close the same day on both homes in about one hour. Thank you Orchard and the individuals I mentioned for making buying a new home such a stress free experience.

May 08,2021This was the easiest process. We were very nervous in the beginning. The team we worked with was amazing. Answered all of our questions put us at ease and now we are in our forever home and out of the city. This has been a goal but put it off dreaded the showings. We moved before showings to our new home. We listed on Friday and accepted an offer on Monday well over our asking price. Great job by the team. If I were ever going to move again I would choose Orchard. I would highly recommend them.

May 05,2021I bought a house from Orchard and it was the worst home buying experience ever. We did not close on time because of a misrepresentation on their part. We ended up having to bring $30000 more to closing due to their misrepresentation. Orchard agreed to do multiple repairs, but did not fully complete them. They refused to fix the items they missed, even though they signed an agreement saying they would fix them. I do not know what it would be like to sell a home through Orchard, but I definitely would advise you not to buy from them. If you see a house listed by Orchard, save yourself yourself money and time and keep on searching. It is not worth it.
