Apr 18,2021Orchard really seemed too good to be true and I might have hesitated to use them for that reason had I not been referred by a friend. This was a very easy, no stress experience! I found my beautiful new home, that met every criteria that I had, very quickly. My old home sold within a day and a half and for $28,000 above listing! I cannot say enough good things about Orchard!

Apr 03,2021This was essentially a painless process. I did not need to keep my house show ready all the time and I did not need to leave my house for showings. Our house was appraised by Orchard, they gave us a percentage of the money up front so that we could buy the house we were wanting. Then we moved out and they took care of showing the house. They always gave us a heads up as to when the house was showing and allowed us to be part of the price decision making. I was really impressed with all their people. They were nice and efficient and got our house sold for a great price.

Mar 30,2021Having been through the selling and buying process once, we knew the stress involved and we didn't want to go through it again. Having two small children and several animals was just not conducive to multiple showings. We contacted a traditional realtor along with other companies similar to Orchard. We weighed our options and decided to sell our old home and purchase our new home with Orchard. Orchard gave us the foolproof offer of selling our home and the flexibility of finding a home that we truly wanted. Selling and buying a home at the same time is very stressful and Orchard truly made things go as smoothly as possible. I would most definitely use Orchard again in the future.

Feb 05,2021We have been looking to move for over a year but by the time we could get our house on the market all the houses we were interested in would be sold, or trying to put in contracts that based on our house sale before buying was to the point no one wanted to wait. My wife found Orchard and the Rep. came to the house and explained the way it worked and we were on our way. They set us up with a realtor and we found the prefect house. We will close here and 2 days later close there. Then 7 days to move. What a great plan!!!!!!!

Everyone at Orchard went out of their way to help us with every aspect of the buying and selling process. We didn't have to worry about showing our old house while we still lived in it, or about having to pay 2 house payments while waiting for our old one to sell. They made the whole experience much less stressful than it would have been doing things the traditional way. I would recommend Orchard to anyone looking to change homes. They gave us a great price for our old home, which increased our price range for the new one. Overall, a fantastic company with awesome people who really know what they are doing and care about their clients. Thank you Randy, Alix and Alexus for everything. You're the best.
