Jan 15,2021This was an easy no stress experience. I can’t say enough good things about every person we dealt with from start to finish. The marketing was fantastic. Our house was under contract in 14 days to finish the process with a close 28 days after that. This company and their concept for selling and buying is amazing. We had been told by several agents and investors that we would need to put 30K into the house in updates to get offers. We would have had to live through the updates and the showings and we were not willing to do that. Orchard’s team showed us how we could be in our new home without that hassle. We sold the house for 33k over what agents and investors said we would get if we did nothing. Love Love Love the Orchard team!

Jan 07,2021We recently used Orchard Denver to sell our house and buy a new one. We are very impressed at the Orchard concept, and it did help us with the hot Denver market. But we were very unimpressed with our realtor (Orchard assigns you a realtor, you can't choose). Not only was she not helpful, we often had to explain things to her when she was confused and tell her she was wrong several times. Luckily we are experienced with buying and selling houses, so she was merely annoying. But if we hadn't had previous knowledge she would have actually been a hindrance.

Dec 31,2020I can't express enough how happy I was to know there is an alternate way for people to sell and buy a home without the headache of the traditional nightmare! This is a genius concept which will benefit sellers and buyers for a long time to come. The two issues I had with Orchard was my realtor didn't understand what I wanted, so I had to do my own search, which was stressful cause I work full time. The other issue was loan officer appointed by Orchard was very inexperienced and made it very stressful with closing on my new home. I would use Orchard again, but I would make sure to address issues like I encountered up front

Dec 15,2020We are so happy with our experience from beginning to end with Orchard. Everyone we spoke to or met was courteous, professional, and helpful. And more importantly they did what they said they were going to do and delivered! Orchard gave us a fair price for our home so that we had cash to offer when purchasing our new home. They patiently walked us through every step of the process from listing and showing our house, to accompanying us while searching for a new house and negotiating with the buyers and sellers. And most importantly, since we had cash in hand, we were able to have our offer accepted to purchase a home for $10,000 less than the higher multiple offers for a house that was only on the market for a few hours. We feel very lucky and satisfied with our new home. They then negotiated with the agents to show and get us our asking price on our old home and sent us a nice check for the difference upon closing. I would highly recommend Orchard to anyone wanting to streamline purchasing a house. Thank you William, Nick, Courtney, Austin and Barrick!

Dec 11,2020We are very pleased after working with Orchard over the past 7 months. We were skeptical about trying something new, but with our busy lifestyle and then Covid concerns, showing a home while we were living in it was not ideal. We are also in an area where homes often go under contract very quickly, so contingent offers are often not accepted. We asked every possible question before getting started and after looking back we can say that Orchard did everything they said they would and every person we worked with was extremely patient and helpful. Jennifer helped us find our perfect home, which was the longest part of our process, and worked hard to get us a great deal. She was extremely patient and encouraging, but also did a great job at assessing the current market and pricing for us - both on our old home and new home. Once we closed on our new home and moved out of our old home, Quen took over from there. Our home was listed on a Wednesday, had several showings over the next 4-5 days, and we received multiple offers over the weekend. Quen did a great job at helping us to determine which one would be the best for us, but ultimately the decision was ours. Our old home was closed on in 30 days and we received the difference between what we originally sold it to Orchard for and the new sales price less a 6% real estate fee. The best thing was that there were no surprises and if we ever had a question, there was always someone willing to help us out.

Dec 09,2020I purchased an iPhone 6s in 'very good' condition it stated, VERY GOOD condition indeed!...I'd say more like EXCELLENT!👍👍 I am most pleased, I purchased a screen protector, to which they put on for me nicely, The delivery time was quick despite shipping being hampered by covid,...I received it in 5 days, I'm in Brantford Ontario Canada. Ordering went smooth & was easy, service was lovely, and they reached out 3 times via email, thanking me for purchase, & checkin in, making sure I was happy, and to reach out if any troubles. Dec 08,2020I must admit at first we were a little skeptical about the whole process with Orchard. We met with our home advisor Terry LeBlanc and he was very knowledgable and took the time to answer all of our questions and put us at ease. The home search took a little longer than we would have hoped because we were very particular on what we wanted. Alexus and Sharon were very helpful with making themselves available for showings and helping us eventually find our dream home. The purchase didn’t go perfect but Terry did an awesome job with negotiations which helped save us even more money in the end. We also loved the fact that after we moved into our new home he was able to sell our old home fast and get us the additional proceeds the same day. I highly recommend Terry and Orchard for anyone thinking about buying or selling a home. Thanks for everything from Richardson family.

The process really did take the stress out of moving by not having to carry two mortgages, not feeling rushed to buy a new home or move out, and most importantly in this competitive market, we were able to place a non-contingent offer on the home we wanted. The noncontingent offer was probably the most important because the home we purchased had 7 offers in the first 24 hours. Also being able to receive additional cash once our old home was sold is great. We would not have been anywhere near as competitive if we had a sale contingency. I can't say enough positive things about our agent Teka Walker. She walked us through every step of the process, even with a few difficult potential buyers and agents. She put up with me for a few months and I know that isn't always easy :). I can't recommend Orchard to enough people that want to move but can't pay two mortgages or don't want to be rushed. There were no hidden fees, everything was very transparent and I was still in the driver's seat in regard to accepting offers.

Dec 07,2020We had a very good experience with Orchard, from the first meeting, where all of our questions were answered, through the sale of our home. We were offered a very fair price for our home in the beginning which led us to be able to find our perfect home and then Orchard sold our home and we received the additional proceeds. When we were looking for our new home there was always someone available to go looking with us, whenever we were free. We found a home we loved and then we closed on our current home 2 days before we bought our new home, no stress in getting our current home sold. We moved into our new home and Orchard put our home on the market and then when that sold we received the extra profits. The only downside would be that I believe it's harder to sell an empty house. Our questions were answered all through the process. I would recommend this route for buying/selling your home.

Dec 02,2020We sold our house to Orchard for more than we would've thought of & bought our new house for a fair price . In the meantime up Orchard sold our old home for 10k over asking price. Needless to say that we were very pleased ! Our agent from Orchard was very easy to work with & gave us great advice.

Dec 02,2020No hidden fees! Received and excepted a reasonable offer on home build in 1993. We also received and additional 25k when new buyer was found. The back end profit was reason we selected Orchard and Jennifer Robert’s our Orchard agent did this in the middle of COVID-19.

Nov 30,2020For us this was a 10 month process. Since we purchased a new home build, we started working with Orchard, Peter and Michelle in March. Then We went the business of doing small projects to help sell our old house. Michelle checked in only to see if we needed help with the builder. Then when we got close.to moving, she came and gave us last minute thoughts on selling the old house and we talked.price. She took out advice on list price. She advised.us on the.offers.that came in and the final accepted.offer was above.list and Orchard was able.to.close early for the buyer. It all went just like the business model said it would and we even got and extra 25% on the house in the end. Great job Orchard!!
