Have a shipment stuck in Basildon Hub for over a week now after being "customs outbound cleared" - shipment was only UK to Ireland and ive received other shipment that were meant to have longer delivery times with no issue No response to any contact ive made to get a status update. Ordered with the faster delivery time to ensure would be on time for birthday, would have been better on the longer standard service. My package has been stuck in the same location for 10 days and I am unable to reach anyone from P2P regarding my package. FedEx created a shipping label 10 days ago in preparation to receive this package from P2P and they are still waiting for P2P to hand it off to them. My FIC number is BOO0596GB00223771401. I would greatly appreciate an update on the status of my packages movement as well as an updated delivery date.
Very dissatisfied. I have now emailed them due to the fact i ordered my parcel on the 10th of August and it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th. It has been in transit for 25 days. And i need it for someone's birthday hence why it was ordered a month in advance. Parcel number:643301902

Honestly very disappointed with this courier company. My order has been stuck at "OUTBOUND EXPORT CUSTOMS CLEARED" since the 19th of August, and it's the 2nd of Sept today. It said I was meant to receive my order on 27 Aug - 2 Sept. The frustrating thing is I need it by the 10th of September, because I'm leaving the country. I've contacted LookFantastic and they said they've reached out to the courier company and waiting for their response. No updates whatsover. I've tried emailing the FCB-info email but no respond. I want to update my last review. I contacted customer service about a delayed package. After less than an hour, the tracking got updated and a delivery was scheduled.

Close to a month and no updates on it's whereabouts. Feel so bad for Etsy sellers putting so much effort into perfecting their goods only to have them stopped at a warehouse for close to a month now. Had to get another one sent and now that's in another mixup. F-ing joke.

My package HUT1860GB69100279601 hasn’t even been registered in the couriers warehouse yet and it’s to come from the Uk to Ireland. It’s had a status of departed from The Hut since the 11th August. It was due to be delivered between the 14th and 17th. God knows when it will arrive. Terrible delivery service. Update 27/08/2021 - there is no update my delivery still has a status of “departed from the hut” … 16 days and no status. In that time I have made orders from other Uk retailers and they have all delivered within the expected timeframe.. but I’m still here waiting .. 16 days later for this delivery.. I’d be quicker flying to the UK and collecting it myself at this rate. In future I will Be checking who the carrier service is before ordering from Uk sites 2nd update 27/08/2021 - The Hut have just informed me that the package is lost in transit. Well done p2p I guess your comment regarding delays has absolutely nothing to do with you misplacing my package. Also it was the last size in stock! Update 28/08/2021 I have now sent an email to the address provided to confirm the location of my package or if it is “lost in transit” Update 31/08/2021 can you please confirm when I will receive a response to my email? Now 20days since package departed the hut group and 218 status remains unchanged Update 09/09/2021 did not receive an response to my email sent on the 28th August. Got a standard automated delivery email on the 8th to say package was in Ireland. Package was delivered this morning… a full month after it was collected for delivery. 10/09/21 I followed your instructions previously so the email is there and the title is” Missing parcel HUT1860GB69100279601” I also sent a follow up email. So both are in your email queue with the correct reference. Just to add I’ve had a total of 4 deliveries from the Uk in the past month all arriving in less than 5 working days so I think you need to take a good look at your processes because brexit is not the reason for your delays
I've ordered from Look fantastic on the 10th August, 8 days gone and tracking number still shows that my package is in Fedex Cross Border Centre and no more updates on this trackig number. When I placed an order on the website it was promised that delivery takes 3-5 working days. Very annoyed with the whole experience. From China you'll get your order much quicker. You are getting so many 1 and 2 star reviews, maybe it is worth to review your processes to make customers happy rather say useless apologies.
