I can see from reviews below that I am not the only one disappointed waiting for delivery. My package was sent 31st Jul and has been outbound customs cleared for a week now but I still have not received. I have received no update from the vendor. Can you please give an update as to when I might receive HUT1860GB20887110101

As I've noticed below I'm not the only one having shipping issues! My cult beauty order dispatched on July 30th and since the 4th of August my tracking has been 'outbound export customs cleared' and still no further update nor have I recieved my parcel. I've been onto the seller, they have told me they have been onto you guys and are Still waiting for a response as to where my parcel is.. Why is there such long delays? And where is my parcel. Can you check this for me and give me an update please? Tracking details are CUL9020GB33470366001 Thank you.

My parcels are still with the same status OUTBOUND EXPORT CUSTOMS CLEARED (tracking codes IBE1306GB00063521301 and IBE1306GB00063521501). Do you have any new updates on the reason for this delay? AFAIK there is a delay with customs in Ireland, but parcels seems to be stuck in the UK. Update 12/08/2021: Thanks for a quick answer. Usually there are no problems with Fedex, hope this delay would be resolved soon. Update 16/08/2021: Items reached Ireland finally

Hi, Similar to many previous reviews, tracking information has seen no progress since July 26th. There's only one entry: Date/Time: 26th Jul 2021 10:33:36 Activity: DEPARTED The Hut Group Event Code: 218 Location 218 Event Code means "Deaprted client". I have already contacted the merchant and they said that once a parcel leaves them, it's in the hands of the courier. Is there anything you can do to track this shipment and expedite it's arrival to destination? Do you have any advice? I have sent an email to FCB-info. I hope you care how bad you look and how many unhappy customers are pleading with you to get their parcels snd that you will give us sn explanation and resolution asap. FIC tracking: HUT1860GB70291154101 My email subject references shipment details, to be precise it says: International Shopper Support- Shipment details #1S0000501494. And please stop referring to the retailer. I already noted I contacted them. It's you. Thanks

Bonjour . J attend un colis sous le numéro tracking: NET1120GB04066319101. Malheureusement le colis ne bouge pas depuis 3 jours qu il a été récupéré auprès du vendeur. C est très inquiétant et les commentaires lus à propos sur votre site n est pas de bonne augure merci de me répondre et de m en dire assez.

Ordered a package from MyProtein on the 27th of July and estimated delivery time was at max 4th August. It’s now nearly the 7th and the only “tracking” I have received about the package is “Departed from the HUT group”, No updates after, please update me on this as it’s getting pathetic now Tracking Id: HUT1860GB34586043701

My information about the village was not updated 2 weeks HUT1860GB39706670201 I ordered from my protein. com. You are the courier who took over the delivery of my package. And you can't deliver more than 2 weeks. My package track has not been updated since July 22. Can you do something about this? And tell me what happened to my package. Where is my parcel? I contacted the seller myprorein.com he. said Thank you for contacting us regarding the delivery of order 313104624! Your order was shipped on 07/22/2021 and is currently awaiting customs clearance in the UK. You will be able to see updated tracking information for the package as soon as the package has advanced in transit. We are sorry that you still have not received your order and no additional information about the location of the parcel. This problem was redirected to our courier department for further investigation and we will try to provide you with information about your order in the next 24 - 48 hours.

Hice un pedido en look fantastic. Y cuando me ha llegado la confirmación de pedido pone dos direcciones mezcladas. No hay manera de contactar con la mensajería para que corrigan la dirección. Dicen que es culpa mía pero no es cierto. Que hacer??

I contacted them as well. here my tracking numbers Tracking number 1S0000482300 FIC Tracking Number: HUT1860GB78378162701 I've tried to contact P2P/Fedex Cross Border 2 times via email. With all the infos needed and my contact. But nothing no one replied to me! How are we suppose to get support with only an email address that isnt even check apparently. No live chat no phone number.

Fiz uma encomenda no dia 13 de julho, de valor considerável, numa empresa no Reino Unido, e que foi enviada no dia 14 e que deveria chegar a Portugal entre 5 a 10 dias úteis. No entanto, desde o dia 15 de Julho que a encomenda se encontra em trânsito e que não houve qualquer alteração ao estado da encomenda, consultado no site de rastreamento da Fedex. Quero saber em que estado se encontra a minha encomenda (FIC Tracking Number LUU0170GB45963621501/Tracking Number CH139437262NL). Já fiz várias encomendas online, inclusive algumas no Reino Unido, e nunca tive qualquer problema, nem com o tempo de entrega, nem com as empresas de entrega. Somente convosco é que tive uma má experiência.

Good Day Im from South Africa & i ordered from ASOS on the 17th June & received a confirmation email that my order was sent out on the 27th June. My estimated delivery date was the 15th July & on the 20th July ASOS sent an email asking me to rate their products as I have received my parcel but I have not. Dear Fedex Cross Border Team and P2P Team, I just bought shoes from Lovell Soccer and the shoes just sent to Fedex Cross Border Process Centre at Basildon. But after 6 days, there is no progress since then. I am really worried about what happen to my shoes. Ich würde gerne keinen Stern geben. Seit April kommt kein einziges Paket mehr bei mir an das ich bei PopinaBox bestelle. Nach unzähligen Gesprächen mit DHL und FedEx hat sich herausgestellt das es am Versandlager in Deutschland liegt. Dort drücken die eine neue Versandmarke und verfälschen dabei meine Postleitzahl!!! Wer berechtigt die an meinen Kontaktdaten rumzudoktern?!! Ich habe ständigen Kontakt mit allen Beteiligten und jeder verweist auf den nächsten. Was sind das bitte für Zustände???
