I order the goods 7th April 2021. They dispatched the goods 12 April 2021. FedEx cross border centre received the parcel 23rd April 2021. Since than i lost tracking Now it is two month I didn't received the parcel. and I phone twice FedEx centre and I contact saler as well. I read review of FedEx centre. My parcel was supposedly collected in the UK on 25/05/21 and is still in transit with P2PUK on 7/6/21. The tracking system tell me nothing and the phone number cuts me off if I select the option for customer service. I could have gone on the bus and collected my parcel quicker. Everybody that I email points me elsewhere and I have no doubt that the response here will be to contact the seller. I did and they said P2PUK have the parcel. Come on guys, where is my parcel
My package has been in kent wherever that is since june first. or so it says on the tracker but on fedex it says they haven’t even recieved my package and it’s supposed to be here in two days... not impressed

I ordered a package from Pretty Little Thing on May 13th and I still haven’t received it:) I called fedex because that’s who’s supposed to deliver my package, but they stated that they are not in possession of my package. According to information I have it was handed to a sub contractor on the 20th of May but it has not moved since. At this point I don’t even know where my package is. No one has been able to answer my questions so far. I contacted PrettyLittle Thing, fedex, P2P all multiple times and no help at all. Jun 08,2021Heb een item gekocht van een website uit Engeland. Vervolgens is mijn pakketje spoorloos verdwenen terwijl ze aangeven dat het pakketje af is geleverd door mijn brievenbus. Dit pakketje kon onmogelijk door mijn brievenbus. Tevens is deze aan mijn voordeur bevestigd.
