Bom dia. Fiz uma encomenda na lookfantastic no passado dia 24 de fevereiro (HUT1860GB63069088301). Desde dia 3 que a encomenda está parada com a mensagem site scan, supostamente na Holanda, quando inclusive a look fantastic tinha enviado um e-mail nesse dia a avisar me que já estava no país de origem (Portugal). Hoje seria o último dia para entregar a encomenda. Agradeço que me esclareçam no sentido de perceber onde está realmente a minha encomenda e quanto tempo mais vai demorar. Obrigada

Tenho uma encomenda parada desde o dia 27 de Fevereiro, com o código site scan 217.A encomenda é TOP5797GB00046505001.
My order hasn´t moved since February 25 from "Site Scan". It was sent on February 17 and was supposed to arrive until March 2. Nor LOOKFANTASTIC nor P2P have said anything yet. I have no clue where my order is and neither of them seems willing to provide any information/ don´t respond. I keep seeing lots of people with exactly the same complaints as myself towards P2P and LOOKFANTASTIC: the orders are stuck at some point, don´t arrive or they say that there was an attempt of delivery which everyone denies. I guess this is the only way I can get some answer from you. Update: They answer here but I guess it is for appearance purposes?? Cause they ask me to contact them by e-mail but I already sent two and I got no response.

Mar 09,2021Primeiro a encomenda ficou adiada por erro na morada, depois mandaram um mail a dizer que a encomenda foi entregue, porém eu estive em casa todo o dia e não recebi encomenda absolutamente nenhuma do site LOOKFANTASTIC. Quero uma solução imediata para o meu problema.
