I placed an order with Pretty Little Thing Feb. 17 and it was picked up by P2P the next day. However, the package has been sitting in Queens, NY since Feb. 21 and there has been ZERO update since. The tracking website said it cleared customs and Pretty Little Thing has an expected delivery date but FedEx is the actual carrier and they say the delivery date is “pending.” I just want to know what’s the hold up. Seems like my order is stuck from the past 2 weeks. It was apparently shipped on 10th Feb and until 22 Feb there was no update. On 22 Feb, I got a new update which says 'Fedex Cross border process centre, Venlo, with a response code of 198. What is this exactly and when will be the shipment delivered? Moreover, is the shipment even in Netherlands?

my parcel has been at the fedex border thing for a month now and the retailer and i have not been able to get hold of the courier for an update. the phone number doesn’t work, the email provided is wrong, their twitter account even redirects you to fedexeurope and they then say they don’t recognise the tracking number. at this point i just want a reply to my email at least.
