Feb 17,2021Bonjour, Je ne comprends absolument pas pourquoi mon colis beauty bay a été expédié de Grande Bretagne et se retrouve actuellement à Amsterdam alors qu’il doit être livré en France, j’ai commandé le 9/02/2021 les délais sont censés être de 5 jours ainsi que plus ou moins 2 jours de retard et je ne l’ai toujours pas! Pourriez-vous m’aider s’il vous plaît? Je j’ai jamais été déçu de beauty bay auparavant mais la je suis extrêmement déçu!

Feb 17,2021The only thing I like about P2P is that they reply more than the retailer. However, if embargo is set to Asian countries, more than a month of waiting is STILL VERY unacceptable. I am not even sure of the condition of the items inside anymore. The merchant won't release refunds because P2P won't return the parcel just yet. If you would be so kind, just please return my items to the merchant so they can issue refunds. I already purchased from another site with no problems at all. Thank you. Feb 17,2021CYG1370GB11840352701 that is my order number. I so disappointed as that supposed to do my valentine's / birthday present to husband I look as stupid when he gives me one and I cannot. I bought things 28 Jan and still didn't come through. Stoped 8days ago and no signs about there it is now. Please could you tell me where is my parcel. As well customer service is so bad. No answer on contact number, no email provided. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed situation I hope the company like this which should gives a people hope to send they parcel save and didn't supposed to be close as we are believe in you !!!

Feb 17,2021Bonsoir, Moi normalement mon colis aurait dû arrivé entre le 13 et le 17 mais franchement je doute qu'il arrive demain. Et je ne comprends pas pourquoi de Grande-Bretagne en France il passe par Amsterdam juste pour rallonger les délais mais en quoi ça pose problème qu'il arrive avant la date, car on paye pour une livraison mais les délais ne sont pas respecté...

Feb 16,2021A empresa refere que entregou a encomenda HUT1860GB81467391601 hoje dia 15 de fevereiro de 2021 pelas 09h15 no destinatário quando na verdade nao entregou encomenda nenhuma, nem ninguem assinou documento nenhum de recepção da encomenda. Estive todo o dia a espera da emcomenda, uma vez que, me enviaram um email a mencionar que iria receber hoje. É lamentável isto acontecer, corresponde a uma compra da empresa LOOKFANTASTIC. Devem apurar quem foi a pessoa que refere que entregou a encomenda e quem foi a pessoa que recebeu e onde está a assinatura da recepção. Isto nao fica assim, pois isto é fraude.

C’est inadmissible d’attendre autant et de n’avoir aucune mise à jour quant au transport de mon colis. This is my first time encountered courier without update. I am not sure if my item will be arrive.If I know this will be happen. I will choose another courier.

Feb 12,2021New tracking number added! Shipped a package from the US to Germany. The last scan was on 1/26. The package can only be tracked on the parcel monkey site, not on the P2P! Tracking number: PMSODI8APMSODI8A 5192635 I emailed the company and never heard back. This is the worst carrier service I have ever used. How can a company with a lack of response and accountability still be in service?

Feb 12,2021My parcel from Feelunique never arrived, got sent a replacement and it never arrived either. Don't use this carrier if you don't want to get scammed. Edit: tracking number of the second parcel is FEE5842GB00165064301 The first parcel says FN49807738A in the tracking number section.
