Personnellement j'aurai aimé savoir, comment faites vous pour être autant négligeant!?? c'est tellement irrespectueux de ne proposer qu'un seule système de livraison qui est en l'occurence le votre sur le site LOOKFANTASTIC et de ne pas prévenir le client que le colis sera envoyer sans aucun suivi!!! j'ai passer commande exactement le 2 mai, nous sommes actuellement le 25 mai et je n'ai toujours rien reçu alors que le délai de livraison indiquer était de 7 jours maximum! c'est un manque de professionnalisme du jamais vu! je veux savoir ou est mon colis, qu'en avez vous fait et je veux être livrer, je ne donne pas mon argent pour que des individus se permettent de se fo*tre de moi ouvertement comme cela, si j'avais pu vous mettre un zéro je l'aurai fait. Mon numéro de colis est : HUT1860GB90078971901 Je veux savoir ou est mon colis, ce n'est pas une demande mais une exigence envers ses clients!!! Cordialement.

Hello, On May 18th, I ordered some products off of Feelunique and my package shipped on May 19th and I got the tracking number (FEE5844GB00200181401). Everything went fine till May 24th, when my package arrived to VENLO (site scan) and it’s stuck there since. Before it arrived in Venlo (Nl) it went trough Amsterdam (Nl) on May 23rd and cleared customs without any problems or delays. I know, it’s there just one day but I’m a little worried about my package not arriving. I’ll upgrade to 5 stars as soon as the issue is fixed. Thank you in advance for your help.

Flagged issue with P2P re: an order being marked as delivered, when it was most assuredly not delivered to the correct address. Emailed P2P with salient details as per their request. They have yet to acknowledge said email, yet keep "kindly" requesting I send them an email to follow-up. A veritable schrodingers loop of fobbing customers off!

Received email on Friday to say cult beauty order had been delivered by P2P TrakPak, but it hadn't been delivered to me at all. Currently order is still missing, with no response from P2P. Clearly order was delivered to the wrong address; at no point did P2P contact me to check the address location/identifying features of the house to make sure they were delivering to the correct address. Appalling service that reflects poorly on Cult Beauty. 2pm: The FIC number is HUT1860GB98863777601 Cult Beauty have already been contacted. Can you clarify to which wrong address P2P made the delivery, and whether you have retrieved the delivery from wherever it was left incorrectly? If a delivery driver is unsure where to leave an order, they should always contact the person who placed the order. Why didn't this happen? 15.39: As already stated, this order was not delivered to my address. Also as stated, cult beauty have been informed.Can you clarify to which wrong address P2P made the delivery, and whether you have retrieved the delivery from wherever it was left incorrectly? If a delivery driver is unsure where to leave an order, they should always contact the person who placed the order.
