Jun 06,2018I just recently moved into a apartment at Pangea Groves in broad ripple and I couldn't be happier. The complex has a wonderful friendly environment. The community facilities i.e. the gym, laundry, and pool are kept in great condition. Overall I am very happy. Out of everything, the thing that made my experience so positive was my experience with the office staff. I worked with Rachel and she was wonderful. She was always quick to respond, very friendly, and helpful with getting me the apartment that I have now. Out of all the different apartment complexes I looked at and people I talked to, none of them compared to how Rachel was everytime I met with her. I am very grateful for all that she had done for me.

Jun 06,2018Pangea offered competitive pricing, efficient customer service, and prompt availability. They also seem to be the only real estate agency that is willing to do so on the West and South side of Chicago. Let alone, the entire city. I cannot thank them enough for the opportunity to manage my funding better!

May 24,2018I cant speak for all of pangea's properties but what i will tell you is here in indianapolis at pangea hills apartments ( previously forest hills apartments) this is the worst place i have lived by far, the office staff are rude and a bunch if hypocrites that show favoritsm for the hispanics since they themselves are all hispanics, maintenance sucks because they do a crappy job at everything they do, they basically put what i call a bandaid fix on the problem just to shut you up and the problem remains, cars are being vandalized, security is a joke, people sell drugs and drink right out in the open, kids run wild all over the community, the neighbors are so loud all day and night and literally do everything they can to annoy and disturb you simply because they can, their is trash everywhere and wild animals crawl onto your deck or patio and will attack you if you dont realize they are there, the apartments have roaches and bed bugs not to mention the bee'z that nest in your storage space and will attack when you got to get in it, there is also domestic animals running all over the place that will attack you when you walk to your car, if you have teenagers there is nothing for them to do because there is a toddler park in the community but what teenager wants to hang out at a kiddy park all day, they once had a basketball court but they removed that and turned it into a parking lot, so if you live in indy and you are looking for a place to live, take my advice and stay clear of anything pangea.

May 10,2018My first experience is horrible the Pangea office on exchange and like 71st has a manager name Betty whom is very rude and unprofessional the property manager Dario needs more training and is also rude . I signed a lease and paid my fee for a specific unit and when I Came to get my keys to move in they told me the unit was already occupied and I was forced to take what they had because I was already awaiting with my things in my Uhaul so the only apartment in my price range I took however the windows come to find out were painted shut they are the very old wooded windows I’m having difficulties letting up and down and while trying paint is constantly falling and I have little children in my home. I let the property manager know he told me that was not a safety violation and they’re probably not going to come change the windows they were being sympathetic of my concerns nor what they had just taken me through.
