May 09,2018I love my apartment I’ve seen so many but my agent was right there everyday looking for something that’s suitable for me and my kids The surrounding is clean every time we come home my kids enjoy walking in and the smell of a clean hallway the lighting around the building is excellent for when I’m coming home late from work thanks Pangea

May 05,2018Was suppose to receive my keys to my new unit on a Saturday...but because of the system being down I was not able to get my keys until that following Monday. Other than that everything has been a breeze.

May 02,2018It's a decent apt however i worry about my safety.the front door has one dead bolt lick and the screen door doesn't lock at all there isn't any glass on the screen door so any one can mess with the lock or screen door lock.

May 02,2018DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY PANGEA PROPERTY! It's been 30 days since move in and I'm ready to leave. They use a preditory towing company to take money from tenants. Horrible experience for single moms. I'm leaving as soon as I can!!!!!! We read reviews about realty companies that promise the world and treat you like you matter until the lease is signed. I parked my car between 2 vehicles after work like 1030 at night. Mind you parking spaces are limited. It's almost 11pm and I'm trying to get into my unit with a 2 year old sleeping baby. It's dark out in the suburbs where I'm renting. I'm NEW so my focus is to get into the house. The next morning my cars missing.my car was towed for being double parked!!!! I'm in a parking space how is this possible. Management does care!!!!!! When your property managers make it seem that it's my problem not theirs , it's time to go. Customer service and satisfaction is a bid deal!!!! Don't treat me as if I'm a criminal or say that's what I get, pay attention next time!!!!!! Ok it's Time to move!

May 09,2018It was a little rough in the beginning deal with so many different ppl, each telling me something different ...but after gathering all the correct info from the actual leasing department and dealing directly with them everything was smooth. Leasing department very polite and prompt. Was able to get everything done in a timely manner and staff very professional.
