Oct 14,2021I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Partridge BMW and in particular Jenny Marino, who was professional and charming. The app, my.customerlounge was very useful and I was able to liaise with Jenny to keep informed. The fault on my car involved investigation and fault finding, Jenny took relevant notes and passed timely updates to me. I felt Iistened to and valued, Jenny represented my situation to the leadership team and the fault was covered under warranty. I am grateful for the service I received and I was impressed by the professional and capable staff at Partridge BMW.

I deal with Andrew Smith who is amazing, he is quick to respond to my needs and always goes that extra mile to make sure I am looked after. I get all my BMW's now from Partridge and will continue to do so going forward.

Oct 07,2021I have had a long-standing dispute with Partridge over the selling of a service pack. We have finally resolved the situation and I am very happy with the result. If only this had been sorted out more quickly I would have been happy to give a 5 star review. The technicians have always looked after my car well and staff are always friendly and helpful. And I am very happy with my car. Things go wrong all the time. It is how they are resolved that is important. And we have got there. In the end. Thank you

Sep 25,2021Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere!!! had my car booked for a part to be fitted on my car, booked 2 weeks in advanced. For some reason u can't book any timeslots so had to take a whole day unpaid day off work to get this done. Also driving 50+ miles to get there due I have been ensured they are the best dealership to do this. Not that you should need to, I called the dealership the day before to say can you confirm you have the parts to do the work as I am travelling quite a bit to get there and want to ensure I don't turn up and u don't have the parts. After 2 phone calls chasing, I eventually got 100% confirmation they have the parts. Get there for 7:30am, hand the key over, sit in there waiting room until 11am! to be told we don't have all the parts!!?? What I should have done is come on to Google and notice all the other people complaining about this terrible dealership and then I would have never had gone there in the first place.
