She’s put herself out and beyond any of my expectations making sure i received my iX3 on time with regular updates. I would never go out my way to normally do this but I feel like this review is needed

Sep 09,2021This review is on behalf of my Chief Executive. She is the head of the Trade Association for all Franchised Car dealers in the UK. Recently she developed a tyre issue with her BMW and was in the area at the weekend. Partridge BMW went out of their way to look after her, provide a courtesy car, constantly in contact and extremely friendly service. No one at Partridge new who she was but she spoke glowingly about the levels of service. Highly recommended.

My representative in the servicing department on this occasion was Jenny, a really proficient young woman who kept me informed of my car’s progress through its service at every point.

Aug 10,2021Whenever I use partridges, generally the customer service is always professional and friendly. I took my car in 3/4 times to fix a slow puncture and each time they told me I’m not filling the tyre up to the right pressure amount and on the last visit they realised that I had a cracked alloy….it really shouldn’t have taken 3/4 visits to work out what the issue was.

Aug 10,2021Have just bought a BMW i3 from Kevin Diaper at Partridge BMW. From start to finish Kevin made my experience buying a BMW a great one. He listened to what I wanted and time frame etc and within 45 minutes of initially speaking with him he had sent me a video. Within the hour he had answered all my questions and listened to everything I said. Within a few days I was driving around in my new car. I appreciated how he went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. He arranged for the car to be delivered as I had problems with getting time off work to collect the car. Zac delivered the car to me with a full explanation to how everything worked. I was absolutely recommend Kevin and Zac for their help, expertise and professionalism. I am one very happy customer, Thank you!
