Very good service. We ordered a cooker from here and the service was quick and efficient The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because the delivery driver was the grumpiest man ever.

Really fast and efficient service, I ordered the dishwasher I had been searching for and it came within a couple of days and on a Saturday! The delivery team were really helpful.

Great place to shop, easy and pleasant to shop online with great prices too. Emailed Paul Davies to enquire about a fridge freezer i saw at currys (which was out of stock) so brought from Paul Davies and saved money too !! Will certainly shop here again. New home owner so I have appliances to buy.

After being let down by a major retailer Paul Davies came to the rescue, excellent customer service and after sales. They couldn't have been more helpful or polite, although I am not local to them, I will definitely be going back when I next need another appliance. Website and online ordering was simple and quick to use but most of all there was some one on the end of the telephone to talk to.

After visiting another store mainly because they were open until 8pm and husbands work commitments are 5pm, we were struggling viewing items due to stock shortage so left the store hoping we would have more success at Paul Davies the day after. After nearly 2 hours viewing/discussing requirements the friendly knowledgable service was second to non and we were guided/advised fully to our requirements with no items out of stock and all available as soon as necessary. Excellent service from Susan who was fully knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. Thanks for all your help and fantastic service.

The ordering system and telephone help was very good, the delivery was on time and my Fridge freezer arrived in good condition, the Delivery men were very helpful and kept me informed all the way. I thought the whole experience was very positive and would definitely consider a future purchase with .

Ordered online, picked my delivery date which was within a couple of days. Had a phone call the day before to confirm the delivery time slot. I had a phone call on the morning of the delivery to say they would be arriving within 10 minutes. The drivers were friendly, brilliant service.

first of all was told it would not be in the original packaging then i was told it would not be delivered wednesday but it would be friday i had a few things to say to him and was not very happy it cost us alot of money.
