The product arrived in perfect condition and the delivery driver was a breath of fresh air with his cheery attitude. Most definitely recommended.

Jul 30,2021After being let down by a local fridge repair company to fix mine or come back with replacement details I decided to do it myself. After searching and deciding on make and model I searched the internet and found prices and availability differed wildly. I found Paul Davies Kitchens site and they had the best price on available stock an reasonable priced delivery in 2 days. Beating everyone else! They phoned the day before confirming delivery time and arrived on time and took the packaging. Excellent service would recommend.

Jul 20,2021Recently ordered washing machine for vulnerable relative (100 miles away from me) - paid extra for installation. Phoned to check all OK but found transit bolts (need for any future move) had not been left. After complaint, Paul Davis driver phoned relative to say, "You don't need the bolts: just leave a half-load of wet washing in the machine!" This statement is rubbish. Have just visited said relative to find: 1. Machine not levelled (3mm 'wobble' from corner to corner). 2. Redundant hot feed capped off but cap only finger tight -potential leak. 3. Machine drain pipe very loose fit on waste trap spigot - no hose clip - potential flood risk. WARNING: Do not use this company to install your appliance. One star given for prompt delivery only.

I needed to cancel the order and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I got from Ian at Paul Davies. While I haven’t had the refund yet as it’s only been twenty minutes since I sent the cancellation email, I will definitely use the company again because of their service and their prices

Jun 15,2021The website was easy to browse and choose a new washing machine.When I had a question regarding my choice I rang the showroom and they answered promptly.They answered my query within minutes and were friendly efficent and approachable.The short story is my new washer was delivered within 5 days,on time with a call to my mobile within an hour of expected delivery by 2 courteous smiling delivery guys ( even though Im in a first floor flat,) Really satisfied with the whole service from start to finish. Would definately use tgem again.
